I traveled 4 1/2 hours from NC to look at a Suburban for my church. It was the best find within several hundred miles. It ended up being better than expected. The dealer was very easy to talk with and very upfront. I was so happy with my treatment that I drove up 2 days later and bought a car for myself. I took it to a master mechanic. He looked it over and said, "There's nothing wrong with it". And it was an incredible price! I was really surprised by the nice cars on this little lot. The dealer really knows how to buy vehicles, which took the hard work out of my search. My favorite part of the experience was how obvious it was that the salesman had nothing to hide and meant what he said. Thank you Iconic!!!

Had other Cadillacs and always enjoyed the ride and comfort all were reliable and as I bought them used gave very good value for money. This XTS continues on and is very comfortable, the CUE control with radio, temp, and other accessories seems overly complicated and I‘d prefer a simpler system.
My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
We needed a large vehicle to transport kids and their stuff. It is the best car I’ve owned! Never any problems. Carfax will show a couple of issues, but will be explained to interested buyers. Needs to be seen and driven. It is a beaut! Only selling to upgrade to platinum due to sore backs. Second owner.
I am very happy with my experience at Bob Wade Subaru. Everyone I have dealt with has been personable and attentive. I feel that I got a good deal on my Crosstrek and I am very pleased with the car and the dealer.

Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation

We purchased this SUV because we wanted the extra room with 2 kids in car seats. Love it! Even though it’s 7 years old it drives like a new vehicle. I love the size of the vehicle, and I love how smooth of a ride it is. It doesn’t hurt that it’s gorgeous on the inside and out! I look forward to toting my little ones in this Escalade for years to come.
I felt very comfortable and at ease with my salesperson Brooke, she was very knowledgeable. She helped me with everything I wanted in a vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. This was the first time buying a car on my own and it was a pleasure.

I love the look, comfort and reliability of my Cadillac. It is by far the most favorite car I have ever owned. I am completely satisfied.
I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.

Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.

Simply just the best full size SUV imo. Excellent power. Great styling and ride for a "truck". Love everything about it. Elegant, great power and handling.
