There is a culture at Sil-Terhar that is customer friendly. the who process went flawlessly.. We love our 2021 Ford Edge. We had the best salesman Bryan Reese.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

Most reliable vehicle I ever owned. Comfortable, reliable and a commanding view of the road. I had it serviced by local Caddy dealer for seven years, every 5K miles, oil/tire rotation/full service wash for under $100. Original tires lasted 68K miles. Just “sold” it to my son. Waiting for the new 2021 model.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I recently got a 2023 Bolt EUV through Fowler Chevrolet and had the best dealership experience of my life. Great team here, and as an added bonus they aren't adding any MSRP markup like so many of their competitors around town. Last year GM agreed to give me an MSRP swap on my 2021 Chevy Bolt because of the huge delay with the battery recall. I spent several months searching for a dealership to host my swap in both Colorado Springs (where I live) and Denver. I dealt with some really awful dealerships, some very disinterested dealerships, and some dealerships that expressed initial interest but eventually failed to return my phone calls. And then there was the downright shady Foundation Chevrolet (stay far far away from this awful dealership), who agreed to host my MSRP swap early on and placed an order for a Bolt, but then over a month later when they realized they couldn’t slap their $5K markup onto the swap canceled my order out of the blue and set me back almost six weeks as I had to start over from scratch. I contacted almost every Chevy dealership in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas over the following month and wasn’t able to find a single one willing to host. Finally with the help of GM and a district manager I was put in touch with Fowler Chevrolet (I had somehow overlooked them in my search). Their extremely outgoing general manager Nick Guzman agreed to host the swap, and put me in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Doc Holliday. Within 15 minutes of getting on the phone with Doc - who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - I had a new Bolt order secured, and a promise from Doc that they would not cancel the order on me or sell it to anyone else. The best part was that Fowler had already placed an order for a Bolt in the exact color and trim I wanted that was set to go into production the following month, and they were awesome enough to give me that order (which I’m pretty sure was extra work for them since they would have to swap out allocations with GM) so I didn’t have to wait over six months for a new order. Bolts are in such high demand right now that they easily could have kept that order for themselves and even marked it up $5K. Fowler is clearly more interested in building up a loyal customer base than making a quick buck. True to his word, Doc got me the Bolt I wanted, and contacted me the moment it arrived at the dealership. Doc and Adam Ciotola, their sales turned finance guy, came outside to greet me and my wife the moment we pulled up at the dealership. While Doc took care of documenting my old Bolt for GM, Adam showed us the new Bolt and all the cool features that we didn’t have in our old one. It was refreshing to talk with a Chevy sales rep who actually knew about electric vehicles (which definitely wasn’t the case at any of the previous Chevy dealerships we had worked with), and Adam was every bit as nice and helpful as Doc was. While I can’t speak for everyone at the dealership, I can say that the three people I worked with there (Nick, Doc, and Adam) were all wonderful and made our experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would definitely buy a Chevy from these guys again without hesitation, and very well may just make the drive all the way back up there when I’m in the market for another Chevy EV. For now I absolutely love my new Bolt EUV, and if you want a heck of a deal on a great EV and want to buy it from a dealership that actually knows and understands EVs (and customers), give Fowler a call.

I walked in during lunch time and was greeted immediately by Sam. I was a little iffy because I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for but Sam took the time with me. We identified a possible vehicle and I decided to come back after work. Sam had the car ready for me and addressed something that I had noted earlier in the day. He was finishing up with some clients and had Paul (I believe it was) take me on a test drive. I decided to move forward, I let them know that there were some challenges and they didn't flinch. Paul and I went over the specifics and he moved it along to the finance manager, Frenchy. Sam was able to join us again and we got an approval. It was all very smooth and painless. I returned the next day to drop off a check and pick up the car. Sam had it waiting in the delivery Bay and presented it to me, which was a nice touch! He helped me set up the Audi app and connect it to the car. They were great and everything was perfect! Probably the least stressful car buying experience I've had.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

I'm trading my 2019 CT6 after two years. Have really enjoyed this car. There is no better highway cruising car ever, it's incredibly smooth but tightly built, not sloppy ever. Great gas mileage, very peppy, and beautiful. The electronics are very easy to understand. The only complaint- driver's seat too short, I'm 5'11", long legs, and I had a buy a bolster cushion. Otherwise, I've loved it. Trading up to a BMW 8 series for more excitement.
