I used cars.com to find the best deal on a used 2018 Ford Expedition limited with rear entertainment system. Allen Vigil matched the CarMax appraisal for my trade in, and we were able to negotiate the deal and financing we wanted. There were a few things about the used car I wish they had disclosed before we from 2.5 hours to see it, but they were quick to fit them.

I had a basic service for my vehicle (and have many times). The service was done and everything was very professional. The facility had a utility issue that particular day due to servicing some local lines but they STILL came thru and made sure everything was done. Great job. Thank you.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

My purchase was a bit lengthier in process than usual ,but it all worked out . My car salesmen Xavier Pena was professional and patient . Marc in the financial department was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone ,they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and many helpful staff .

I woke one morning and both of my headlights were out. I was able to turn on the fog lights and make it to work at 6am. When I arrived at the dealership, Brian was very attentive and rushed my car to the technician. When he returned, he told me that my bulbs had blown out. I found it a bit odd that both bulbs would go at the same time, but I wanted to resolve the problem. A short time later, Brian told me that it was a wiring problem and he was concerned for my safety. He wouldn't let me drive my car home. A short time later, I was in a loaner car. It ended up being a short in the junction box and it was covered under the warranty!! Need less to say, I was happy to have my car back in great running condition and it didn't cost me a dime!! I love my dealership!!
they honored a coupon that was supposedly was no longer good ( even tho the coupon said good until 12/31/18. which was nice. got everything taken care of and was done quicker than I anticiapted.

All I can say is they are the best car dealership!!! They are very helpful and understanding. I will tell all my friends and family to shop and get there car service by Hyundai!! I am pleased and I have nothing negative to say about them. Keep up the good work!!
I would like to give Carmen a special shout, she work hard to track down the parts required to repair my car. Carmen made it a point to keep me informed and work with Genesis to have the parts available in a timely manner.
