Want to thank Jonathan Coffey for doing a great job and making us feel like he cared about what we needed,he worked for several days getting us the deal we needed,best salesman I have every dealt with.Aaran Hightower in finance was also a big help after already being in agreement with deposit already paid I asked Aaron cant you get us a better interest rate and geuss what almost a whole % point lower when he didnt have to now where does that happen at.Teresa Hannah in accesories sales was also a big help with what we needed extra ,great attitude, thanks to all of you!We drove for 2 and half hours from North Carolina really expecting the worse because of past experiences in my 50 years but just cant say enough about how good of an experience we had..When I buy another car I will head back to Toyota of Kingsport,best service,best attitudes,best dealer period...and they sell the most dependable car on the market,why would you go anywhere else..Absolutely check here first!Doug &Tammy from North Carolina,thanks again!!!!
Purchased a new High Country Silverado for my father this week and cannot express in words how pleasant the experience was. Tim Copenhaver and Chris McCall were a pleasure to work with and I highly respect their professionalism and courtesy during this process. It couldn't have been easier and I received a great deal. Both me and my dad can't express our gratitude enough to Champion and both of these gentlemen.
I was unsure of the Colorado, but soon realized this was the vehicle for me. Doyle was there when I needed the assistance from the moment we shook hands to when I drove off the Bill Gatton lot with my newly purchased truck! It was great deal and the service was spot on aside from the knowledge of vehicles; Doyle feels like that buddy that'll piggyback you to the end. Overall highly satisfied with this place and will return for my next vehicle.
I had an excellent journey throughout the purchase of my new Jeep Compass. I had the opportunity to work with Robin through email and texting to seal the deal. She was great to work with. She was not working the only day I could make the 2 hour trip, so she handed off all the documents of the deal to another salesperson, Jason. Upon arrival at the facility, Jason met me before I could get to the building. He was also great. The finance guy was also wonderful to work with. Sorry, I can't remember your name. He was certainly a live wire. Keep me in conversation the whole time. I was in and on the road within 2 hours. Great deal.

We are always satisfied with the service. This time, my wife brought the car in and had questions regarding the Navigation aspect of the CUE. We had just updated this on our 2013 SRX. A technician took her to a new model SRX and spent about 20 minutes with her, going over the Navigation until she was comfortable with all aspects of that. We are very happy with Bill Gattons and with our Cadillac and will probably be repeat customers.
I highly recommend seeing Andrew Meyer at Wallace of Bristol if you're in the market for another vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted/needed. He was personal, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy. All of the staff was very friendly to work with from start to finish.
