Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

They sold the car i was interested in buying after I take long but they directed me to another car with a good deal now i like my new car much compared to the one they sold.keep up good work Victoria.

Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

We had a great experience at University Audi Lynnwood. Dylan helped us through the decision and purchase process. We called ahead and the cars we were interested in were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We brought our daughter and our dog with us, and Dylan and the team helped keep everyone occupied and happy during the time we were there-a definite plus for a busy mom.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I actually purchased my 2014 ATS 2.0T awd Luxury on eBay in Sep of 2019. The car had 55k and I won the auction at $8400! So for me, this was, and remains the best purchase I’ve ever made. Despite having a salvage title, the car looked great, and performed flawlessly. I’m currently at 112500 miles and I’ve only had to replace the radiator expansion tank (common issue easily resolved for less than $150 and under an hour DIY. My experience was $88 parts and 30 minutes to replace.). When it came time for brake pad replacement, I decided to switch out the 4 rotors for drilled/slotted, but this was just to get a sportier look, all it really needed was the brake pads replaced. I’ve changed the oil every 4 - 5k miles with Mobil1 full synthetic. Just remembered that I had to replace the CUE screen as well, this was $120 parts and 90 minutes DIY. Plenty of YouTube videos to walk anyone through it. As of right now, the automatic transmission is shifting somewhat hard, both up and down, and this seems to come and go. My plan is to have a local shop do a transmission flush and replace the filter. Hopefully that works. The other issue that seems to come and go is the mixing box for the front passenger vents, sometimes it only blows hot air. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my ATS. At the time I purchased it I was just simply looking for a somewhat sporty all-wheel-drive vehicle so I could go visit my son in Colorado during snowboarding season. My car is made several trips up there and handles excellent in the snow. Overall, I love the look of the car from every angle. My example is Red Obsession Tintcoat with Black wheels. I deleted the chrome trim around the windows using plasti dip. This was a personal preference, I then added chrome, spike style lug, nuts, lol to accent the door handles. This car has been wonderful to me and these five years of ownership. Pros: Appearance Performance (Beat a 2017 Hemi Charger equipped with exhaust and several bolt ones.) Reliability Brand Recognition Comfort for driver and FRONT passenger Cons; Premium Fuel. (It says recommended, but the consensus from all the owners forums is to only use 91 minimum. Standard headlights weren’t enough for me. I replaced with LEDs for under $100 on Amazon. Rear passenger access/egress and comfort is lacking, despite having a four door sedan. No spare tire. Sticker price of 40 K when new in 2014 seems more than a little high, definitely worth picking up a used example. Maybe you’ll get as lucky as I did.

Veteran Review. Showroom is nicely put together. All of the staff are friendly. Highly recommend checking out their website and pre-applying for a loan and making an appointment. Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! The best car I have driven in many many years. I feel very safe in this vehicle. I love the power it has without hesitation. The info tainment is easy to learn and fun, and I love love love the Bose speakers and the ride is so smoooooth, like floating on a cloud, just watch your front in when a huge dip is in front of you the front end is low. I was also impressed with the lock out lug nuts, which was a total surprize to me but what an awesome thing to be on a vehicle, im impressed. The moon roof makes you feel as tho you really are on a cloud and you can touch the stars. Everyone remember no car is perfect but this one is at the Top of the list of vehicles to own. I have driven a lot of new vehicles of all shapes and sizes all basic and luxury and premiums, but nothing compares to my XT6 sport addition the red brake pads stand out ladies so if your driving one of these you will get a lot of attention from gentlemen. Only draw back is it depreciates in value way too much to fast and the insurance is high but it is all worth it to know you are in a safe zone while driving in all conditions. Drives fantastic in the rain. I bought the blue one and I couldn't go anywhere without some one complimenting me on my car. I have met a lot of people while owning my car but no proposals yet. Lol 😁 I really can't say enough about this car, it's like finally Cadillac made all my dreams come true and then some and they have won a life long customer. We will all have a few bumps in the road when it comes to car repairs. Donny my customer service specialist at Chevy has helped with making great suggestions on repairs. I don?t worry about to many repair cost at this moment because I have a warranty so it?s been easy to deal with. If part department just so happen to order the wrong parts for your vehicle, don?t take it out on the service department. Stay patient with them and they will promptly fix the situation and make it right.

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned
