This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state and 6 hours away. The communication from the sales team prior to showing up was top notch. I received a complete walkaround of the vehicle as I requested. The vehicle was as advertised and ready for a test drive when I showed up. A few signatures and I was out the door in a timely manner (not like other dealerships). After purchase follow up was appreciated. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

Love the no pressure buying format, I didn’t end up buying the truck I went to look at but they put me in the perfect truck for me.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Mustang on 19 September 2020. The vehicle was priced under KBB Value (despite its immaculate condition and extremely low mileage), and the offer for my trade-in was very generous (on the far right end of the KBB bell curve). The sales representative, the manager, and the finance department were professional, friendly, and surprisingly NOT pushy. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

I did not end up buying here because the car we were interested in sold. But the experience was excellent and JJ was over the top helpful. I highly recommend you ask for him if you visit!

I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.

This vehicle was absolutely reliable throughout a 3,000 mile drive through British Columbia to Alaska. The team of CarMax, Hoover AL were as accommodating as possible in preparation and the drive was successful.

Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

Really like the car! BUT, BAD GAS MILEAGE! 14 CITY, 26 HWY.. ESTIMATE MILAGE 23 CITY, 30 HWY... NOT EVEN CLOSE.. 235 HP, TURBO! IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

I loved dealing with this dealership, which says a lot as I hate dealing with car dealerships. I bought a 2023 Ford F-150. I dealt with Justin at Driver's Way. He was fantastic with explaining everything, making sure I had all the accessories that came with my truck, explaining the financing options, etc. This dealership had the best price on the truck with the options that I wanted anywhere around. Plus Justin showed me their "care" sheet which was everything that their dealership did with the vehicle after they got it, which even had included dent repairs, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, air filters, etc. They even helped me get a second key for the truck as it only came with one from the previous buyer. There was ZERO pressure to buy a more expensive model. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They made sure I was aware of the available insurances and warranty plans and the actual cost of those plans. They also showed me interest rates from several financial institutions to make sure I got the best loan rate. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and deal with Justin again.

They made everything so easy. Got the car I never knew I wanted and I love it. Don't plan on taking it in any time soon but I know where I'll be going when I do.
