We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

This 18 year old Car has "lasted 10 years" like it should, as the song says. Its still smooth, powerful, and everything still works. The original white paint still looks like new. Of course, the previous owner obviously took care of it, and I will too. Heads turn, when I arrive in this, even tho, Used, I paid about 20 cents on the dollar for what most new ones cost. Sure, I miss the backup camera, the blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise of my newer cars, but, I fixed the BSM with a small round concave mirror which eliminated that blind spot. I feel very safe in the powerful big car, that gets surprisingly great mileage on the hiway, sometimes close to 30 miles per gallon, with an average of around 27 hiway. Of course its much worse around town, stop and go. The trunk is so large, that a small family could move in the trunk and live there. Well not quite. This model is the "fleet livery" model. I understand that GM put a 3 year 150,000 mile warranty on the fleet models.. you dont want it to break, so that warranty is a vote of confidence. I think a big difference between "fleet" models and the regular Caddy, is the fleet has an oversized radiator, and holds 60 percent more oil. This is important because radiators tend to clog up, reducing capacity, over time, and causing the engine to heat up. Overheating is a killer of engines and this massive radiator keeps it cool no matter what. It also takes extra oil..8 quarts. That keeps it cool, too. It costs a little more oil at oil changes, But that's but its a small price to pay for a very reliable car.

I love this car. It has fast acceleration, luxury ride many safety features that even made my insurance cost decrease. And the work well. It reminds my of My 1989 Pontiac Bonniville SSE. Powerful Luxury

This is a car that we only took on trips. My father took really good care of it. You would bought it, you could get the same enjoyment out of it that we did.

The wife, myself and kids drove in a week ago for a reliable second car. After a short test drive with the owner ? midnight motors (during which haggling was done) a few issues were pointed out with the car. Paperwork was completed and money changed hands. But the story (Review does not stop there). The issues pointed out by Midnight Racing Auto were spot on and have be resolved. With a planned visit to their service department next week to them for new tires. We are very pleased with the purchase and staff at midnight motors. Yes we read the bad review out there before going and remain glad it did stop us from giving them a chance. Midnight Racing Auto will be doing all future service & Sales on this car and our others! ? This is a very good car but it must be driven like the big car it is. I have 115000 miles on mine, bought it with 89000 four years ago. I have had some mechanical issues but all cars do at this mileage. The mpg is low (9-11 local, 25 highway) but the ride makes up for it. The car cant be beat for road trips and I still get compliments on the look of it. I budget 100/ month for upkeep plus 15/month for tires. Over the long haul this has been very close to actual costs for repairs and maintenance. It is a great car .

Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

I guess they really work with all kinds of credit. I would recommend them to anyone. I didn’t have that much to put down and they worked really hard to find me a car that worked with my down payment. Very happy to have wheels again and to be in car I actually like!!

I purchased a 2004 Deville in 2004. I had this auto until 2018 At 54,000 miles the block cracked on it. I had it for 14 years and it was the best car I ever owned. I’m kicking my self cause I should have put a new engine in it. My Deville was a special edition with a rag top and special grill, chrome over wheel wells, etc. I do regret getting rid of it. It was a beautiful auto.

I recently purchased a truck with the help of Marty at Martin Auto Gallery. I can say that this was by far my best vehicle purchase experience. Very informative, no hard sell and a trust between seller and buyer. All was well until I had an issue with the door latches on the vehicle not latching when temps went below freezing. I brought it to Marty's attention and he was very helpful. There was a recall for the latches and Marty set up an appointment for me at a ford dealership to have the work completed. He kept me informed of the progress of the work thruout the day. Above and beyond the call of duty! Excellent customer service! I purchased this car slightly used in 2016 and to date have spent very little on repairs other than regularly scheduled maintence. It is now approaching 93K miles and so far have not had to change out the brakes and just now passed state inspection. A couple of years ago I was on my way to visit my wife that was in the hospital and while on my way, the car in front of me had come to a complete stop which in turn as I did as well to allow for a turning vehicle. While I was stopped, someone hit me from behind doing about 35 MPH. I received no injuries whatsoever and only damage to my car was rear bumper tore up, but other than that, received no other damage. However, he was driving a SUV as well, and it smashed in his front end, side panels and rendered it inoperable. Definitly feel safe when traveling in this car. And based on the very little cost of operating this car, I highly recomend this vehicle as a great purchase.

I previously leased a 2014 and was heartbroken when I had to return it end of lease in 2017. I picked up a used 2015 in 2020 and it has been as much pleasure to drive as the previous one. Both were 2.0L turbos, 4WD. I am in Canada, and it performs well, especially in winter, with winter tires of course. The ride is stiff but responsive. Comfort is great in the front. Consider this a two-seater unless you are only putting young kids or people you dislike in the cramped, unheated rear seats. Everything about driving this car is a joy. The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, the brakes, I could go on. Everything about the CUE system is of course abysmal. The design, the reliability, the fact that every once in a while it comes up with a nag screen reminding you to keep your eyes on the road, which you have to take your eyes off the road to dismiss. I bought the 2015 with a broken screen, knowing that I could replace it myself for 1/10th of what the dealer was charging, as I had to do this with my SRX - twice! Both side mirrors have failed and are now secured with epoxy. You would think that a company that has been around for 100 years or so would know how to make side mirrors? But I know that they also don't know how to make headlights, because (as already mentioned) I also own an SRX. If you can put up with the annoyances (which I can), this is a great car.

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool
