Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I went to Arrigo RAM in Fort Pierce January 4 for Service met with Richard Pagan discussed with him the service needed for my truck. He was very open very happy very motivated. You don’t see that in a lot of places for service I asked questions he answered them.He was more than willing to go out of his way to help me at the end with the service he got me out of the lobby and asked me if everything was OK after he reviewed everything and walked me to my truck and thank me for his service. This is the second time I’ve been and Richard happen to be the writer the second time as well There’s not enough good things to say about Richard and his attitude. He’s a very positive outgoing guy and represents the dealership very well

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I had a few defect in my rims and screen and they ordered parts and got me on schedule within 2 weeks, even with it being the holidays. Great and very easy to work with. I went to Wallace for my oil change and found that I was behind in some of the services. Collin who is my service writer advised me of the thing I needed to bring me up to date. he was able to arrange to do the extra work that day which worked out perfect for me. I was in the market for a sedan, since we own 3 SUVs and have decided to party with one to add a more comfortable vehicle to our "stable". After much online research, I decided upon the 2025 Genesis G90. The challenging thing about doing business online is the potwential for misinformation. After receiving their offer, I countered and never heard back from them? Due to all the time I had invested in the process, I was quite put-out. So much so, that I wrote their corporate headquarters to register my dissatisfaction. I heard from the President of their Auto Group- Lee Smith the very next morning. His understanding of my problems and his concrens, demonstrated to me that they cared. ,Through a series of emails and phone calls, we eventually got things straightened out and I ended up buying the car I wanted. At the dealership the next day, Lee took the time out from his normal responsibilities to meet me personally at the showroom. His pleasant and professional manner convinced me I had made the right decision. In addition to his presence, he also introduced me to one of his team Paul Emmi who carried the ball the rest of the way home. He was was patient and spent much time with making sure I understood how to operate the multiude of features found in this impressive car. Everyone I dealt with to include the finance manager, was a breath of fresh air compared to the streotypical "car salesman" many of us have stereotyped. I can recommend this dealership and their process of marketing without reservation.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Very friendly staff, nice clean work offices and everyone is very polite and nice. Cars were clean and not junky. Prices could be better and the dealer fees are a little much but thats just me.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

Shawn Thomas made the experience an awesome one! He did everything he could to make sure our experience as customers was proficient and he made the most of the little time that we’d had to spare. A small issue arose but Shawn was quick with thinking and action in finding a solution that was both affordable and pleasing to both parties! I would 10/10 recommend requesting Shawn for a swift and happy experience while purchasing a new vehicle! :)

The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

I usually go to Auto Nation in West Palm ,but the service here by Casey and staff has made me switch to Wallace Cadillac . The service process was short , and simple. I will be getting my cadillac serviced here from now on.

I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

I purchased my new car from Chevy Wallace about a month ago and came in to get my A/C serviced last week; everything was so well taken care of! My service and rental was covered so that made it even easier!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.
