This was my first stop and I looked at a couple other cars before I came back, but I knew I was coming back to buy my car from Drew. After we signed the paperwork, we Drew Baker (another Drew, just to make things confusing) came over and showed us everything we needed to know about the infotainment system. That helped a lot as it does so much more than my old car! My only complaint would be that they have minimal parking on site, but that's the nature of their location and we didn't have too much trouble. A wonderful experience and an excellent car. The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I always receive excellent service. I have a 23 and 33 year old Saabs. Service actually had the mechanic pull a recirculation valve off of an abandoned Saab 9000 and put it on mine... $avings. They do what they can to satisfy.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Where do I start? I needed a 2nd car and already had 1 open loan. Enters Avi, my sales consultant. He was upfront, very professional and confident in his skill. He told me what he could do and he delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'll be seeing him again. The buying process was not that bad, like any business the bank wants to make sure they are entering and making a good deal. Eric (I believe he is the manager), gave me a number and achieved that. That number was 2 hours max, he would have a deal for me. My buying process lasted almost 4 hours, included in that time was moving the vehicle, providing a full tank of gas, cleaning the vehicle and CHECK THIS OUT, making a quick video inside and outside. All this in 4 hours. No experience or information for the quality of repairs, I hope I do not gather any as well. The car runs great for the first two days. Nice clean and comfortable facility, all the staff was pleasant, entertaining and friendly. Avi, assured me throughout the process, I would be driving home w/ a 2nd vehicle and that I have now. I won't recommend him for president just yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say, " he might be the salesman of the year" (and we're half way through January 2021). The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.
