Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Would I buy another car from them, yes. Is Bob Chitwood a thoroughly great salesman? Yes!!! He was soooooo good at his job, my bestie-who was with me for the test drive -also drove off the lot with a new car. Love. Them.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Kirkwood Audi is amazing! Brought mine in for service and they were incredible! Super polite and car was finished on time and was washed also! I left Plaza Audi because of their bad phone system - no humans just computers without any real help. Their online scheduling was just as bad. When I called Kirkwood they answered the phone, scheduled my appointment, got me in the next business day and took care of my car’s issues. I will go to this dealer for all my work and next car! The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

As a woman who honestly knows nothing about cars, I was nervous that I was going to be conned into things I didn’t need. I was lucky enough to have Mike help me who was extremely professional, friendly, and explained in detail what I needed now and suggestions for services repairs that were not needed immediately. I never felt pressured but ended up doing everything. There is no other dealership I will use in the future!

Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

I have been going there for a long time now and as youngish woman who’s not rich - I can tell you I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! Scott had been my sales man and is great with his knowledge of the vehicles and explained how all the gadgets work and even went over and beyond for me! He communication is excellent and he is upfront and honest as it gets :) He work With my schedule and makes me feel at home while waiting on word from the bank. Scott always explained the paperwork and what it meant and why - which was so nice for him to take the time and do that with me. I have been to other dealerships years ago and most sales people Would Look at Me and see tomboy and think I’m not worth their time or effort and blow me off. Mike the financial guy was also great, he did his best for me & I know because I saw all the work he was doing and he explained things very well also. Especially with the extended warranty - Which is nice because some will just say “ call them yourself to see what’s covered on the vehicle “. They got me one that cover specifics that I needed for the future :) Lastly even when I would pop in to drop of papers or whatever reason- if Scott wasn't there, The other sales men still got my Questions answered and treated me very well. I would recommend anyone go there and they will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle then they have elsewhere and not feel ripped off …. Which we all know is nice - !! A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.
