It cost a lot to get the car repaired.. overall dealership is good but every six months I need to spend $300 on service? it?s very costly to afford a car.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

My first Cadillac purchase was a pleasure in 2020 with salesperson Dave Robinson. I have been having my oil changed a few times since then. Renata in the service dept was great and the waiting area is comfortable with workstations, water, coffee, and snacks. They even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Purchased a Tesla recently. Sale was easy, staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The cars at Authobahn are of superior quality and very clean.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Great service experience with McGovern Hyundai. I was on my way out of town for a few days, and found an oil leak in my car. They took it in since I wouldn't be using it for a few days anyway. While I was away, they diagnosed it, put in the warranty claim, and kept me informed by phone and text the whole time. Things I love: SuperCruise, quiet ride, independent suspension, other innovative tech features. Cadillac is ahead of most Euro brands and all American brands when it comes to the technology they have put in this vehicle. Really eager to see how UltraCruise works and I hope it can update 2022 models. Things I don't love: Low power compared to Euro brand large SUVs. Interior is close but not quite as nice as the higher level Range Rover and Mercedes SUVs. The new model is actually slower 0-60 and through the slalom than the last model that ended in 2020. The list of constrained items seems odd. Monochrome badges? Not many semiconductors in those I don't think. Other items too that are more understandable, but I would have liked some notice and the opportunity to wait for them. Instead, the car just shows up with whatever they had in stock that day. The window sticker is like a scratch-off. What features did I win??? Things I absolutely hate: Why put radio controls on the steering wheel if I can't use them while driving? Why not use that space for something that I can use while driving like VIRTUALLY EVERY OTHER MENU in the infotainment system? Isn't that the point of putting something on the wheel? Climate control perhaps, which I have to look farther down and take my hands off the wheel to adjust anyway. Why disallow me from selecting a song while driving in the first place, either on the wheel or the main display? What's my option, remove my hands from the wheel and pick up my phone and look at it while driving? Unbelievably poor "safety" decision there, GM, assuming people will just accept the restrictions and completely failing to understand human nature. Every person who causes an accident from looking at his or her phone because they couldn't pick a song from the display or the steering wheel while driving in one of these cars is now kinda on your watch. Every car I've had since 2007 has allowed me to select songs and navigate music while driving, including my 2016 Escalade, all from the steering wheel, where I don't have to look down too far and can keep the road in my vision, and KEEP MY HANDS ON THE WHEEL. Do better. In fact, remove this ridiculous unsafe restriction in a firmware update and make your existing cars like every other manufacturer out there. Oh, and don't blame Apple CarPlay. I don't use it, don't have it turned on, have it locked on my phone, and I connect straight to the car with Bluetooth. It's not them, it's you. (And using Apple CarPlay doesn't allow that function either, so I can't get around the restriction by engaging it.)
