Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

Great experience. Communication and quality of service were very good. Would return next time I require vehicle maintenance. They coordinate transportation to and from the shop which was great.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

The service rep was excellent. Answered all my questions and kept me informed as to what was going on. The waiting area was clean and well maintained.

The best car I have driven in many many years. I feel very safe in this vehicle. I love the power it has without hesitation. The info tainment is easy to learn and fun, and I love love love the Bose speakers and the ride is so smoooooth, like floating on a cloud, just watch your front in when a huge dip is in front of you the front end is low. I was also impressed with the lock out lug nuts, which was a total surprize to me but what an awesome thing to be on a vehicle, im impressed. The moon roof makes you feel as tho you really are on a cloud and you can touch the stars. Everyone remember no car is perfect but this one is at the Top of the list of vehicles to own. I have driven a lot of new vehicles of all shapes and sizes all basic and luxury and premiums, but nothing compares to my XT6 sport addition the red brake pads stand out ladies so if your driving one of these you will get a lot of attention from gentlemen. Only draw back is it depreciates in value way too much to fast and the insurance is high but it is all worth it to know you are in a safe zone while driving in all conditions. Drives fantastic in the rain. I bought the blue one and I couldn't go anywhere without some one complimenting me on my car. I have met a lot of people while owning my car but no proposals yet. Lol 😁 I really can't say enough about this car, it's like finally Cadillac made all my dreams come true and then some and they have won a life long customer. Keep it up Cadillac but don't forget the poor man's budget. We all need a well rounded vehicle that can sustain us for years. My thanks goes out to you. Sincerely Kim Watts

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Purchased this car because of our experience with out 2012 SRX. As much as we like the 2012 the 2016 exceeds it in every criteria. Especially appreciate the the advances with the safety equipment. Love the cross traffic warning in the backup camera. Blind spot warning in the outside rearview mirrors are especially helpful. Learned driving thru Atlanta in heavy traffic just after a rainstorm that I never want t be without rainsense windshield wipers. Very convenient and a huge safety factor.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

I was in the market for a BMW. Jim and Alex were great and as an out of state buyer you need a good level of confidence to make a purchase and I def had it with them. The car I wanted was sold shortly before I called to move forward with the sale but they kept me in the loop and updated me. I will def check their dealership again once I'm in the market in the future.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

It’s a very comfortable car overall. It rides like a Cadillac. The interior could have more, especially for the price of the vehicle. The 3.6 v6 gets great fuel economy, and is fun/sporty combined with the fast shifting 9 speed transmission. It has all the tech I’d ever need in a vehicle. Reliability (so far) has been great. Only oil changes, tire rotations, and an alignment to maintain that Cadillac ride. If I didn’t plan on buying a camper to tow, I’d definitely buy another!

The best sales and service experience I have had purchasing as vehicle. I would not hesitate to return to CarMax , the next time I am in market for my next vehicle.

During COVID no-one is driving too far however this XT4 is just what I needed to get me around economically and have some fun doing it. I can pack all my golf gear and anything else I need.
