Couldn't be happier with the Boucher team. Found the car my wife was looking for on their website at a price that motivated me to purchase the car from out of state and buy a plane ticket to pick it up. My wife arranged the sale over the phone and email. The entire car buying process was made easy by the professionals at Boucher headed up by Mr. Zylka. I flew into Madison and was picked up by "Jim" who really set the bar for the day by picking me up on time, being personable and one of the safest drivers I've ever seen. Once at the dealership I was met by Mr. Hacker who warmly welcomed me and immediately felt like a friend. Throughout the time I spent at Boucher Mr. Hacker exemplified the quality "stellar" he's the kind of guy who doesn't aim for great - he aims to be exemplary. Mr. Hacker ensured I had a place to put my bag and we went to see the car we'd bought. It had been brought into the building and was literally spotless. I bought a 2022 Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac and it looked as if it had just rolled off the line - not even a speck of dust. After seeing the car I was taken to see Mr. Samy the finance manager. I've bought a car or two and this was the part I was expecting some pressure to purchase some additional protection package or have the numbers previously agreed to change somehow. I could not have been more wrong. Mr. Samy made the paperwork end of the process enjoyable. I was offered add ons to the purchase, but all I had to say was "no" and that was the end of it - no pressure whatsoever. All the numbers previously agreed to were accurately reflected on the purchase contract. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole paperwork end of this process and that's because of the friendly attitude and professionalism of Mr. Samy. Once the paperwork was complete, the car was out front and Mr. Hacker took over an hour with me explaining all the new features of the car I was about to drive 16 hours back home. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough in his explanations. It seems un-needed, but I hadn't ever sat in the driver's seat of a car with all the technology this car has. I don't need to sing the praises of Cadillac - you either appreciate them or you don't. I do sing praises for Boucher Cadillac and I wouldn't do it if I didn't mean it. The place is full of friendly, happy professionals and if you are going to buy a Cadillac, you will enjoy the experience at Boucher Cadillac - even if you buy from out of state and have to drive 16 hours back :)

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I was able to schedule the oil change my truck needed at a time that worked for me. The service was performed in a timely manner.

AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

Very nice SUV has a Cadillac comfort ride witch his excellent. A lot of features and gadgets. Cadillac stuff in around for years and I always have been very luxurious and the ride is just awesome.

I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. She was able to get a replacement and at a very good price as well. Taylor is my go-to person whenever I need any servicing at Wilde!!

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

The gas mileage is not good. My headlight went bad The mechanic says These cars are bad for the baluster going out. The wheels sounds squeaky.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

While we did not purchase our 2011 Tuscon from Amato, we have consistently come here for all of our service work through the years. I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. Bought my first German car, 430ix and it was a no brainer over the rivals at Mercedes-Benz and Audi. Got matched up with Tyler as the sales professional that worked with me, and his personality and knowledge was perfect for my personality. We built out a car with my specs and tried to order in March but with the shortages at the factory, we couldn’t fill my wish list. So we took to a Country wide search trying to keep as many things on my wish list as possible. Found one in Cincinnati and shipped it up. Love it! They honored my negotiated price and didn’t try to adjust it adding in shipping costs or discount my trade-in value. I’m impressed with the product and will buy a new one again someday and have no reservations to go back here.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.
