Our SRX has been awesome. It currently has >110K miles, and it is still going strong. With regular maintenance aside, we have really only had two significant repairs performed. The touchscreen went out at about 85K. Thankfully, our extended warranty covered that replacement. A few months later, I took it in for a slight vibration while driving. This vibration became noticeable at speeds above 30MPH, and it become slightly more pronounced the faster at which you travelled. Repair tech find that a coil spring on the passenger front strut assembly had broken. Service manager, service writer, and the technician/mechanic were all surprised, and they took me into the garage to look at where the bottom portion of the coil spring was simply gone with clear break line showing. There was no indication of how or why it broke, but our current theory is impurities or maybe air bubble(s) while they were casting the spring. Motor & transmission have been solid. AWD system has been great, and it handles the winter snow & ice quite well. The 3.6L, naturally-aspirated motor performs decently. One must take that with a grain of salt, as it can easily seem slightly lethargic when compared to the slew of slightly newer cars & SUVs that are now coming out with some kind of forced-air induction (turbo(s) or supercharger). All things considered it is a solid performer. Ride quality is good. Handling is better than expected. It lacks features like Apple CarPlay, but it does support basic Bluetooth connectivity. Audio quality is better than your average vehicle, and the on-board microphones make it easy to hold phone conversations at any speed. The dual, rear seat DVD screen option is a rarity, but it is great for anyone with kids. The included Bluetooth headsets let your kid(s) listen their DVD while you listen to something else. It also comes with a "simplified" remote control which allows them to navigate menus and perform normal video functions (FF, REW, Pause, etc.). Another standout option, in my opinion, is cooled/ventilated front seats. This was our first vehicle with this option. My youngest daughter & I are both in love with this option. Overall, I think the SRX is still (12-years and counting) an attractive looking mid-size SUV with a solid drivetrain and Cadillac-level creature comforts.

Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

Good buying experience. Only complaint is how long it took to receive a vehicle after ordering it. Took 11 weeks from when I ordered it to take delivery.

Didn’t pressure you into anything, knowlergable about the vehicle. Looked at it on a Saturday late afternoon, came back on Monday to pick up the vehicle and it was shiny clean and ready to go.

I purchased this car slightly used in 2016 and to date have spent very little on repairs other than regularly scheduled maintence. It is now approaching 93K miles and so far have not had to change out the brakes and just now passed state inspection. A couple of years ago I was on my way to visit my wife that was in the hospital and while on my way, the car in front of me had come to a complete stop which in turn as I did as well to allow for a turning vehicle. While I was stopped, someone hit me from behind doing about 35 MPH. I received no injuries whatsoever and only damage to my car was rear bumper tore up, but other than that, received no other damage. However, he was driving a SUV as well, and it smashed in his front end, side panels and rendered it inoperable. Definitly feel safe when traveling in this car. And based on the very little cost of operating this car, I highly recomend this vehicle as a great purchase.

I normally hate shopping for a car because it’s such a pain. I saw they had a car that I was interested in and went there on Saturday and they were so friendly and nice and answered all the questions that I had and I ended up buying the car that day. I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

Purchased this car because of our experience with out 2012 SRX. As much as we like the 2012 the 2016 exceeds it in every criteria. Especially appreciate the the advances with the safety equipment. Love the cross traffic warning in the backup camera. Blind spot warning in the outside rearview mirrors are especially helpful. Learned driving thru Atlanta in heavy traffic just after a rainstorm that I never want t be without rainsense windshield wipers. Very convenient and a huge safety factor.

What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. In the "auto world" you hear of a lot of things that can go wrong. Simply put - I trust these guys and I am back to buy again. This is a place, along with staff, you can trust.

I had a new 2011 CTS coupe back in 2011. Loved the car and always regretted not keeping it. Recently bought a super low mileage 2014 and still think it is probably the best all-around car I've ever had. That includes Mercedes and Porsches. Terrific combination of ride and handling. Are there better handling cars? Of course, but they ride like a truck. The super smooth and quiet 318 HP V6 moves the car very impressively. The fit and finish in the interior is as good as it gets. I read a previous post where an owner was complaining about differential failure and that the diff had been discontinued. I think he is probably misinformed. A manufacturer cannot discontinue a key component like a differential only a year or two after supplying it in a vehicle. Federal law mandates that replacement parts have to be available for ten years after being used in a new car.

I actually can say out of 7 cars i test drove over the past 2 weeks this car takes the cake. Irs stylish exterior and pristine paint job makes this car look like a sweet ride. The interior is loaded with every possible gadget make that road trip your planning safe and comfortable .

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. Great dealership. Sergey was very responsive and honest. Bought a 2021 salvage from Sergey and the vehicle was perfect. They did a great job rebuilding this vehicle with some minor damage from a deer hit. When I did notice a problem with one of the headlights after I bought, Sergey responded quickly and replaced the whole headlight at no cost. Don't let his location dissuade you. Sergey runs a 1st rate dealership and I will definitely be coming back.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

No repairs required runs great beautiful design brakes are squeaking seems to be stalling when going basic speed. Love the interior exterior design comfortable ride

Bought a 2010 sedan. Has 170,000 miles on it. Absolutely love driving this car. Put a 60 hp Thorton chip in it. Woke it up! Already looking for second one. Not one rattle in it for as many miles as it has. Great value for the money and aton of aftermarket parts.
