First of all our ?Sales Guy? (Thomas Bagwell) was the best. Extremely knowledgeable. He knew intimate details about the trucks we were looking at and ultimately guided us into a less expensive vehicle that is perfect for us and our needs. He worked with us in a personal, engaging and knowledgeable manner that was reminiscent of a different time and place. Zero pressure. he only cared about us, What we wanted / needed and getting us the truck that was right for us at a price that worked for us and the dealership. Best sales experience I can recall having for any product or service in a very long time. The dealership was clean, professional and safe in spite of being in a bad neighborhood.

the 03 astro is my first car and I love almost everything about it. Theirs not much foot room i the front seats and the seat belts in the back seats are not the best. But for a 15 year old car with 200,000+ miles it drives great does not need much maintenance if any, and the seats are incredibly comfy.

Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! This van is reliable and very comfortable. It runs great and drives great. I hate to part with it, but I need something smaller. The van was used as a taxi before I got it. I only have myself and it's just more than I need. It's too big.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

A No pressure pleasant experience. We dealt with one person (thanks Nikole!) through the entire "look" "test drive" "buy" process. There were nice cars at good prices and very helpful people to get us through the process. We liked the fact that the facility was low key, yet clean and functional.
