I looked at close to 400 trucks on line at 4 different sites. Auto House had the most reasonably priced truck in my price range. It was very clean and in much better shape than the others I looked at. The owner and all the staff were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I did have a problem with a service engine light. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I will be back when I need another car or truck.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Justin Peters always provides the best customer service. He offered me a loaner because the department was so busy. Turns out the mechanic was able to get it repaired by end-of-day so I returned the car next morning. I was very appreciative of his consideration. Thank you.

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

I purchased this van (extended cargo 2500 series) new in '99 and have about 70,000 virturally trouble free miles on it. I'm retired and use it to tow a lt. wt. 2,000# trailer as a camper for about 6 mos./yr. As I tow in 3rd I get only 13-14 mpg. but solo, it's gotten as high as 21 with consistent 19-20 in OD. It's comfortable on long hauls out West and it's been in mountains, etc. with no noticable effect on proformance. It holds bikes, boats, supplies, books, 2 cats and my wife and It's still quiet and I love the view from the "top" in the drivers or pass. chairs. I would have loved to have had the all wheel drive option in that in the winter, I rarely take it out as I live in a high snow and hilly environment. In short, I'd have no trouble recommending this vehicle...just the caution about driving in snow conditions with hills.

This white van was surprisingly roomy and quick. Gas mileage is great. The price was reasonable and with the warranty I don't foresee any problems.

This vehicle had everything I wanted, but one draw back it had been used to pull a 5th wheel so there were wholes in the bed.

From out of town and had issues with truck plugs. Tried several dealers/mechanics in the area who were "6 weeks out" or not willing to just take a look and advise. I entered Great Lakes and they said they'd take a look - a test drive, identified the problem and a bit later I had a repaired truck and ready to head home safely. Thank you Great Lakes!

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.
