I was a bit early for my appointment, the service department took me immediately. Quick and easy check in. It felt like my car was going to an exclusive spa instead of a scheduled service appointment. The waiting area was far lovelier and more comfortable than most living rooms. Coffee and snacks were available, as well as Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were beautiful and immaculate. When they did the vehicle inspection, there was a problem ,which they immediately informed me of. They had all the parts on site and could handle the issue right away. The most amazing part of the whole experience was the video they sent to me showing exactly what the problem was! So cool, especially if you are not a mechanic yourself. The problem was under warranty so it cost me nothing and Hendricks BMW washed my car before returning it to me ahead of time estimate. I can’t recommend them enough. Truly outstanding service!

The team at Apple Commercial Leasing helped get us 3 trucks for our company. They were able to get us a better deal than we can find anywhere. they worked with our budget and helped us set up business TRAC leases on the cars. This will help our company grow and scale when we need more cars and save money! We spoke with them on the phone, emailed in out application and the next day we were picking up our cars! total of 30 minutes! wow! When was the last time you bought a vehicle and spent only 30 minutes? They also did a vehicle for my friend who only needed one car. She still got the professional treatment and the savings! This is the only way we will get cars from now on!!!!!!!!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with R&D Motors! The process was easy, and they worked with our credit. Rosie, Gabby, Celinda, & Pinto helped us get into both our vehicles. The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

I rated overall and customer service 5 out of 5 as I received excellent customer service from the reps specifically from Megan and Dillon - they were quick to respond, receptive to my concerns/needs, and were proactive about taking care of me (e.g. getting me as good a cost as possible and making sure they were accurate). I felt like I was in good hands with them! I rated the quality of repair 4 out of 5, as I just received the fix which has been fine so far but it remains to be seen how it?ll hold up long term.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
