This was my second visit to Mike Rezi Nissan within a month. The first time, I had to replace the driver's side headlight and fix the passenger headlight. Just four weeks later, the driver's side headlight went out again and the passenger side headlight was significantly dim. I returned to Mike Rezi Nissan to have the lights repaired once more. Hopefully, this time they will last longer than four weeks. The staff at Mike Rezi Nissan were extremely pleasant and efficiently handled the repair.

He asked me what my needs were, what my price range was, and what range I needed my payments to be. He was very kind and went above and beyond to help me get to the best car for me. He was extremely friendly and kind. He gave me all the information I asked for. Dealing with Jeremy was like dealing with my best friend. He was so down to earth and easy to work with. I looked at seven or eight cars. He was very patient with me. He explained everything I needed to know in making my final decision. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman. I would feel comfortable referring anyone including my mama. Best car dealership and salesman ever.

Ellis was my sales rep and he was phenomenal. He made sure my car was perfect. He made sure I was comfortable. I wasn't forced, I wasn't pushed and the experience was all around. Excellent! The only thing I have a problem with is detailing detailing needs a upgrade. It was very poor A negative one. My car still has fingerprints dirt marks in the car. You can see the window holders to place it on the car. Everything you could possibly see on a car was on my car. Bird doo doo paint marker everything and I was very unsatisfied with that

I've never met a car salesman so friendly and willing to work with us. He was also very friendly and kind to our two children and extremely accommodating. This is not a typical car dealership, as we have dealt with many others in the past that were just out to make a quick buck. Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.
