Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. my only issue is 2 hour wait for oil change. Service rep was very knowledge and helpful. He did explain to me the procedure for appointments and why there is no specific time your vehicle will be seen even with an appointment.
