No joke they literally returned $700 to me due to an error my lender made that I nor my lender would have ever noticed had they not brought it to my attention. Prior to the sale they also delivered the car to my choice inspection shop 10 mins away with no hassle, then covered the one issue found prior to the sale. I negotiate for a living and know my way around a car so I was ready for some serious haggling but the entire process was no xx. The price out the gate was more than fair, the car was in proper condition and they addressed every single one of my concerns promptly for over a week via messenger, texting, email and phone. Brought my truck in for service with Jim, He got everything done I needed done quickly and for a great price! I always go to Jim.

Great coordination between the parts department and the service department to find a door latch that would work on my truck. Toyota had discontinued the part. The dealership had trouble finding an aftermarket part that would fit. They wound of modifying a door latch for a door with power lock to fit my door that had manual locks. My truck is 21 years old with over 399000 miles on it.
