I just purchased a mini van and the transaction went very well. I worked with Donnie who sold me my prvious car which I used for a trade in. Worked with me on the price as doc fees and other state fees were much higher than 4 years ago and my trade in had tires that would not pass MD inspection. The staff is very helpful and I love that they are rather laid back and not pushy in selling. Very happy with my purchase and will probably purchase from them again in the future. I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

My experience was wonderful. I went in I was having difficulty walking and one of the employees helped me up the steps. He introduced me to Hypiatia. She was so nice , polite and friendly. I test drive several SUV’s . There was pressure to purchase. No emails, text or phone calls to overwhelm me. I found one I liked told her I’d be back the next day. That night I did my application on line . The next day I received a message telling me I was approved. I called spoke to Hypiatia told her I’d be there as soon as I could . No one called asking when I was coming she patiently waited on me. When I arrived we had a very nice conversation. Singing the paperwork was fast and easy.
