The only downside and working with them is having such difficulty selecting a specific vehicle out of their vast, highly sought after Collection.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

When I first arrived they promptly located the vehicle I was interested in, this was surprisingly comforting as the two previous dealerships I visited only catfished me into coming in, only to try and sell me a different vehicle than the one listed on cars.com . Overall I am pleased with the outcome and I did purchase my vehicle there as well as traded my old one in. Andrei who helped me was very knowledgeable about the process and helpful. Verry goodexperience as always. My regular salesman retired and I was introduced to Glen. I explained what i wanted and they had the exact vehicle in stock. Due to the late hour I made arrangements to pick the vehicle up the next day. Everyhing went smoothly and took delivery when promised. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas.
