This was the first time that I made an out of state vehicle purchase through the internet, Cars.com. Mastrovito sales and financial personnel made the purchase of our used Hyundai Santa Fe Plug in Hybrid as seemless as our hometown dealership. They handled all the out of state paperwork and sales taxes easy for us to title the car in our home state of Indiana.

The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well. During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening. The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.

I arrived promptly and was greeted very pleasantly by the dealership. Service department asked me questions regarding my vehicle and showed me to the waiting area. My vehicle was ready within 30 minutes. Great job thank you.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Due to a tree limb falling our car during a rain storm, we were in the market to purchase a good pre-owned vehicle. We decided to go to Subaru because they had some pre-owned Toyota SUV vehicles. We worked with Joe Fowler. It was a good experience; he showed us 2 or 3 vehicles; went over the carfax info on each one; let us test drive them etc. He has depth of knowledge, listens to your questions and answers them. The Encore 2024 GX ST is my second GM car, which has truly impressed me. I've driven various vehicles, including Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, and Saturn, but the Encore GX truly stands out. On the inside, the elegant beige leather seats create a luxurious atmosphere, and the state-of-the-art infotainment system adds to the overall appeal. The exterior has been significantly improved with the modern Buick logo, giving the car a more contemporary look. One of the most outstanding aspects of the Buick Encore GX is the driving experience. Navigating the vehicle is incredibly easy, and when you press on the accelerator, the car effortlessly gains speed. This is in stark contrast to my previous experience with the Toyota RAV4, which struggled to accelerate quickly. Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with the Encore GX and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Let me start first by stating that I did not purchase a vehicle from Woody Folsom Chevrolet. It was early morning, and I was in the middle of placing a down payment on a vehicle that had just arrived when it was realized that the car had been sold late the night before. So, the car was sold before I could get to it, and it was the only one available (that I wanted). The actions of the two staff members that I dealt were Marc and Lexi and they could not have been more courteous and professional. My 2024 Buick Encore GX ST is a great vehicle! Great acceleration and handles like a sports car. Luxurious interior design and comfortable for all passengers. I could not be more pleased!

Early software issues have been resolved. The Lyriq is a wonderful comfort car. Smooth ride, extremely quiet with good handling. This is not a sports car it’s a stress free car. Supercruise is the best autonomous driving software currently available. True hands free driving. The best value in the luxury segment.

It is a great entry-level Buick. Longer than its old self. Handles great. I would like a little better of an interior. I would recommend this car over the old one.
