When buying a used vehicle, be aware of doc fees. All dealerships have them. I hadn't bought a used car from a dealership before, so it was new to me.

I recently purchased a 2024 AMG 63 from Reid, he was very helpful in this out of state transaction! Everyone at the dealership was cooperative and dealt with me fairly and helped me get a good deal! I looked at seven or eight cars. He was very patient with me. He explained everything I needed to know in making my final decision. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman. I would feel comfortable referring anyone including my mama. Best car dealership and salesman ever.

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.
