I brought my Transit Connect for "The Works" to the Service Center for an oil change, etc. today. Was greeted by Paul Rubin, Asst. Svc. Mgr. who assisted through the process and kept up informed throughout the visit. He was sooo helpful and nice and even helped me with syncing my phone to the van. Will definitely ask for his assistance when I go back again. Thanks Paul for quality care.

Looked on line for a while Found auto Direct who had a Dodge Dakota, very nice truck. I reached out to the dealership spoke with the owner Bob and Stacey. Everyone was very polite, and gave me the time I needed to travel from Missouri to pick up my truck. Initially when we arrived I was blown away with all of the Corvettes and high end vehicles. 163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

There was an issue with the original order that I placed but the team at Haldeman Ford found a resolution. The General Manager ( George Abel) and Sales team ( Brandon Z and Kevin) stepped up and delivered ( above and beyond). No one is perfect . The way they took ownership and handled the issue at hand leads me to recommend this dealership without reservation. i would go back for my servicing needs and if I do need another vehicle.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

Their personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable and work with you for whatever reason you are there for. Everything was explained to me about my annual maintenance on my vehicle. They took my concerns/issues seriously and noted them in the process. Very timely service for customers who wait for them to perform the maintenance! They will never take it upon themselves to do an unexpected repair unless they consult with you first and go over costs and options! I can always count on Garnet to deliver what I expect!
