I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

My recent visit to Randy Marion Buick GMC in Huntersville went exceptionally well for service on my GMC Terrain. Everyone was great, in fact, I was there on the wrong date, yet they worked me in to the schedule and got me taken care of quicker than I expected. kudos to the whole service team. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I had my second service appointment at Park's Chevrolet in Huntersville and it was absolutely great! Their online appointment system is easy to use. When I got there, Jordan greeted me. He is the friendliest service employee I have met. A great guy! Park's has an additional waiting room that is very nice and quiet. Jordan told me about it and I had it to myself. After they finished with my SUV, I asked Jordan for the complimentary carwash. He said no problem and they made it look great! Purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from this CFM, which is approx an hr's drive from my home. It is a smaller dealership with a personal touch. Sales, finance and service worked with me every step of the way on this transaction. Before I drove off with my newly purchased car, they made 1 request: Should I have any problems, please give them an opportunity to make things right. As fate would have it, an unforseen problem did arise shortly thereafter. But true to their word, the problem was promptly resolved without issue. Having a satisfied customer when all goes perfectly with a transaction is great. But IMO, having one satisfied even when something goes wrong is more impressive.

I bought this van 5 years ago with the intention to convert it to a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I got the conversion done back in 2012. Have had no major issues with it. I currently have 170000 miles on it.

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

This van is reliable and very comfortable. It runs great and drives great. I hate to part with it, but I need something smaller. The van was used as a taxi before I got it. I only have myself and it's just more than I need. It's too big.
