Staff were courteous and helpful. Car was exactly what I was looking for and price was right. One star taken away because only one key was supplied. Did not find out about this until I had given the dealer my cashier's check. Cost me $150 to get a second key made, effectively raising the price of the car. I will definitely ask about that before buying any used car in future.

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.

I like the no hassle and no pressure selling and pricing model. Good customer service and the salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. We were able to test drive two cars in less than 30 minutes.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

Every now and then, car companies do a good car. Germans do it always. I own the old model of Sprinter (not available in US), a 1984 model with exacltly the same engine but manual transmisssion. It has now 1,922 301 km (thats about 1,200 000 miles). One time broke down only, for aged belts. Nothing else but tires, brakes and oil change.

Buying our latest car from Funky's was a pleasant experience working with an open, understanding and honest sales staff. Since I was looking for a specific model of car, I was searching a wide area using fb marketplace, cars.com, carguys.com, autotrader.com, and the like. Messaging sellers from many miles or states away with specific questions, I often was replied to with brief statements with little information regarding the questions that I asked. Ruben, the salesman that I was dealing with at Funky's, was detailed when replying with the information requested and even sent additional photos and video with his answers. We decided to make the long drive to Funky's to view the car that they was advertising, and we were pleased to find that the vehicle was exactly as presented. We purchased the car on the same visit. I highly recommend Ruben and Funky's for a car buying experience!

While this van isn’t perfect, needs a few minor repairs, it was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. Anything much newer would have been out of my budget, good value for the money

I bought a 2008 jeep wrangler with high miles and I bought it as is. After driving it home something broke and I called Paul the sales guy who sold it to me and told him what happened and that I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income and he said for me to bring it in that someone would look at it. That was a week ago and they called me today and I just picked it up. They fixed everything on it, even stuff I didn’t think needed fixed! And didn’t charge me anything!!

I bought two cars from Otta boutique in a week. I will not hesitate to go there again. Not only were they nice and had great selection and prices, but they didn’t keep me there all day either. I was in and out. Taylor was awesome and I will go back and see him next time.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

I found Alexa very helpful in the buying process and making fill welcomed. She constantly checked to make sure everything was ok. The staf in general were great. I would deffently buy from them again.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

Emillo was very professional and helpful even after the deal was closed. Fair priced vehicles, no pressure sales. Auto Boutique will try to sell you overpriced warranty coverage though. Overall this was a good experience.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

I had two separate major mechanical issues that hit me within two weeks. My first encounter required some clarity on a previous fix. I was initially concerned and upset that I was returning my car for something incorrectly fixed. I asked my technician, Wendy, to speak with a supervisor immediately. Matt reviewed the documented details but first reassured me that as a valued customer, he would work with me, not worry, and do his best to make things right. Wendy did her due diligence to quarterback the play by communicating and ensuring proper updates. Fast forward to Labor Day weekend, Saturday afternoon! My car breaks down while driving. I had to tow my car back to the dealership. Nonetheless, Wendy was right on it and contacted me immediately to let me know my car was a priority! Once a diagnostic was provided and approval to move forward with the fix unrelated to my first encounter. Wendy sent a good morning text at 8:30 to let me know my car was ready for pickup! In addition, I was provided with alternatives to finance the repair through a program, Sunbit, to help offset any cost I didn't plan to spend. To my point and this lengthy review, I wanted to be clear and add context to my experience. It feels good to be treated like a "valued customer." Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

My 2017 Escape had paint peeling on pillars and roof. Jimmie the body shop manager took care of the problem. Gave me a loaner while my car was in shop. He and his crew did an excellent job. Highly recommend the Krieger Body Shop.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
