I had to have warranty work done on my vehicle. I took it in on a Monday and asked both my Service Advisor John and Service Manager James if I could have it completed by Wednesday as I was leaving town and needed it by noon that day. They both told me they would do their best. John called me Tuesday afternoon and told me my car was ready. This was outstanding service and I appreciate the effort by John and James for getting it done so quickly.

Shannon Montgomery is the absolute best to work with! Very helpful from beginning to end. Made this a very pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went in depth to answer any and all questions I had. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

On 7/25 we brought our 2013 auto in for service. We continue to return, although being solicited by a dealership closer to our home because of Hee Soo Hong. Purchased a new 2025 Pathfinder with the assistance of Drake Hicks today at Moses Nissan in St. Albans, WV. Drake was very personable and professional in our dealings at the dealership. From our first encounter several days before deciding to purchase and all the way through the paperwork process, Drake was a pleasure to work with. If he didn’t have an answer to a question, which wasn’t often, he was quick to obtain the correct information and get it to us so we could make the best informed decisions. I would highly recommend contacting Drake if you are interested in a new Nissan or any other of the car manufacturers the Moses represents.

Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.

Straight forward and honest, I asked about a vehicle and was told not to bother it was in rough shape and they made a bad call on taking it in on trade. I was impressed that they told upfront the vehicle was bad I appreciate that they steered me away from a bad deal instead of making a sale first. I really enjoyed my experience with them they didn't try to upsale anything just Straight forward and honest worked with my bank to close the deal on a timely manner no xx. This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

We were looking for a Toyota Highlander for many months and when we found one at Janesville Subaru, we were very excited. However, after reading some of the reviews we were hesitant. Happily, all of our reservations disappeared after speaking with Jeff, the GM and working with Michael the sales person. They alleviated all of our fears and were wonderful to work with. Excitedly, we drove home with a beautiful 2019 Toyota Highlander.
