Dealership experience was great. Eddie was knowledgeable and friendly and allowed us time to test drive the car and become familiar. Dealership was really efficient at handling the paperwork to register my new car and sorting out the payoff for my trade in.

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

Did not proceed with the car in question. Nothing to do with the car or the dealership. The interaction with dealership was pleasant and would consider them again.

I just feel it will last forever . Fun vehicle for the family. I have a son in a wheelchair and we can bring all necessary equipment.

I have a 2021’ Seltos and it was starting to act a bit funky! It actually died on my way to work for about 30 seconds. I called Kia and Teagan was exceptional in helping me out! I had need for a second work truck and surprisingly found a used Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn at Hudiburg Ford in Wellston Oklahoma. I was hesitant at first given I’d never purchased a vehicle out of state but after checking reviews; speaking with Sales Manager Eddie Morris; and having every single question answered (I asked a lot!)- a visit to the dealership and subsequent sit down with Eddie sealed the deal. I live in TX, It was out of state purchase. I bought car without test drive. car came clean, full tank of gas. most important no surprise. all made east by Derek Jones. Simply The Best. Jones Great response with timely manner. good Follow-up. polite very respectful, Easy and smooth transaction. Stephanie Vaughan was very good as well. only feedback they need to sand paper work wright away. not 3 week later. some stat like Texas car need to register with in 30 day to avoid penalty.
