Brian was the sales consultant who showed me options, took a test drive and purchased a new 2017 Prius Eco. He was very professional, knew all the facts, figures and options for the Prius I wanted. I normally dislike the process once the sales person takes you into the "Finance" person. It was not much better here. The positive was that I was needing to make another appointment, so I was very clear that I could only spend 15 minutes with this person. He honored my time and completed the process efficiently. I would certainly recommend Phillips and Brian in particular.

This white van was surprisingly roomy and quick. Gas mileage is great. The price was reasonable and with the warranty I don't foresee any problems.

One of the most reliable vehicles I've ever known, but at a much higher cost than anything I've ever owned as it is a used commercial vehicle originally with very low miles that transferred to higher parts/labor costs for German product that wore out later; as this vehicle has had different dealers who all want to make a buck on it's fame with little part/service support from anyone I've dealt w/over the past 5 years including FREIGHTLINER, DODGE/MERCEDES-BENZ or whomever ; they all blame the overseas mfg.; then why in Hades do you sell this product that your support service despises & tells me so???

Saw the car online as I was looking for a gently used Yukon or Suburban. Checked it out in person and fell in love with the color. Went back a couple of days later and was able to work out a great deal with Jeff. He took care of everything. Everyone should have such an easy time buying a car! Would definitely deal with Southern Trust Auto again, even tho they are two hours away!

It served the purpose of my needs: transporting flowers from my shop to destinations. Plenty of space to load flowers arrangements attached with easels, plenty of power and smooth driving when vehicle reached break in time (approx 20k miles). It also got good gas mileage compared to a 4.0L engine and heavy weight from the other brands. I’ve chosen this Nissan van over a Ford transit cargo van because of Nissan’s outstanding warranty (5 years- 100k miles) bumper to bumper. Overall, I’m very happy with this van and I had made the right choice.

I drove the distance just to see what the hype was behind the Mullinax “No added fees” and upfront business courtesy of honoring that sticker price. There was none of this- $1,200 - Sports Package (it’s some type of package) $975 - Pinstripe and additional two tone paint layer $700 - Nitrogen into the Tire (What is this??!!) Etc… you get the picture! Not only will Mullinax will honor their sticker price- they add a little more and does their due diligence and see what other incentives you can get as a customer. The whole process from start to finish was smooth- and I appreciate the straight forward business process and none of the fluff like the rest! Will definitely buy my next vehicle at the Apopka location and ask for Dennis McClung all over again!

Upon reaching show room very nice customer service. Employees made you feel welcome there. Every person we talked to was very honest and up front which made vehicle buying a breeze.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Best buying experience. No dealer mark-ups or add-ones. Did whole deal via phone & text from 120 miles away. On arrival, no surprises or hassles. Highly recommended.

This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable,front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

Don Raymond was my service rep. He is a genuine good guy and a class act all the way. He saw to it that my truck was serviced per my request and got me out of there in no time.

We have been taking our cars for service and repairs tto Sunstate Ford since 2005. Service center personnel are always courteous and knowledgeable. We always try to go to Stacy, she is the best. Always great and attentive service. We are 12 miles from Sunstate Ford and 12 miles from Claremont Ford. We choose Sunstate because of Stacy.

Courteous professionals in service dept. Greet you as soon as you show up, take car keys and get paperwork done. Give a time estimate for completion of svcs and deliver close to est.

This is a great vehicle for a larger family and you also can store a lot of items inside of this vehicle when needed to.

March 2025 I leased a new vehicle. I knew which model I wanted and they told me was what available and I made my choice. All the details were taken care of rather quickly. I ordered my Mercedes GLC 350e in mid-December from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. I was told the anticipated manufacturer build date in Germany would be on or around February 11, 2025. A few weeks later I was notified by my dealership that the salesman I purchased the vehicle from was no longer there and I was assigned to a new salesman, Gabriel. He phoned to introduce himself and to let me know he would keep me updated along the way. He even sent me an online link that showed me when the vehicle left the port in Germany and every port stop along the way so I could anticipate when it would reach the US port in South Carolina. Gabriel was very professional, knowledgeable and highly efficient. He made my buying process seamless, addressed all my questions and provided me with updated delivery information as he received it. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership, Gabriel sent me the financial documents to review ahead of time to help expediate and streamline the pickup process. My vehicle arrived in transit with a cracked windshield and Gabriel had already ordered a new one prior to me taking procession of it. He arranged for the service department to call me with an appointment and loaner vehicle for the following week to take care of the issue. Gabriel went out of his way to accommodate me throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure working with him and knowing he is available to help me or answer questions going forward. Mercedes is fortunate to have an employee that understands true customer service.

My car had to go in for service at Mercedes Millenia Mall. My service advisor was Amir. He was extremely professional and efficient. Recommending items for my vehicle and explained why it needed certain items. this is my second experience with Amir and I would highly recommend him. Lovely person.
