From my salesman Ju'Wuan Smith, to the Finance Manager Robert Lattimer, to Elliot Vaughan in the back office, these guys were professional and took care of me. I would not have bought a New Blazer EV the same day as my new truck If I didn't think they were top notch. I also really appreciated Ju'Wuan personally driving from Richmond to Suffolk (4 hour round trip) to deliver my wife her new Blazer EV since I had to drive my own new truck home. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

A recent repair replacing a fuel pump control module was done. Service writer, Thomas was fantastic. Explained precisely the problem and directed the repair. Tech repair guy was the great! Back in the road with little down time.

Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

The dealership was friendly and willing to work with me as long as the sale was made. I highly recommend this dealer to others.

I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing
