Overall, a good honest dealership. I had a predefined monthly spending limit and Josh worked his magic and got me the monthly payment to meet that number. His can-do attitude made this deal happen and got us the car. The finance manager Alex was also a pleasure to work with and made our car buying experience much less painful that I have experienced in past years with other dealers. There is no pressure from the sales team to buy and were up front with everything. No hidden agenda. I would recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealer without hesitation and for that I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

This dealer has alot of cars to choose from. They have financing available. No appoinment needed.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

If you are to purchase a new Express 1500, make sure it's AWD. I don't think the 2015 Chevy comes in AWD, so go for the Savanna GMC.

Nice showroom and a beautiful selection of cars. I looked at a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible and worked with Danny, who was friendly, professional, and laid-back. There was no sales pressure and I was able to get a good price on the automobile. Service provided a detailed review of their inspection and upgrades. I normally don't buy used cars from dealerships because of the cost vs buying from private seller, but they happened to have a rare car that I wanted. I sent an email after hours and Mark Carofano responded promptly the next morning. They were very reasonable in the negotiation process and never tried to gouge me at any point. They even took care of a few maintenance items before handing me the car! Mark was extremely responsive and professional. When I got there he had everything ready and gave me some Mercedes swag. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured at a typical dealership. It was a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. They had ordered pizza for the staff that day and he offered me a slice. He made it feel like it was a family business! I flew to pick up my car and had a 7 hour drive and they made it totally worth the travel. Katie the finance manager was also extremely pleasant and easy to talk to! She made the paperwork process seem, well seemless! Sometimes you see 150 reviews at all 5 stars and you think well this is probably fake but the you experience it for yourself and understand how they got these ratings. This is the first and probably last review I'll ever leave for a dealership and I'm glad it was for Mark, Katie and Mercedes of New London.

Came in to Robert’s Chrysler Dodge, after the fiasco of another local dodge dealer. Met with Josh, who made the selection process very easy, and understood my issue with finishing off my old lease, and the issue with the other dealer. When the time came to buy, it was one of the easiest processes I ever had. Josh went out of his way to find all the incentives, and give me the best deal, and finance.
