Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Was greeted as soon as I pulled the car in. Talked to a gentlemen who checked me in and got me going. He also mentioned some things my car would need besides an oil change. I went ahead and had the reccomended work done. On top of the recommended work he texted me again with additional reccomendations seen from the mechanics which was a wheel alignment and new tires. I accepted the wheel alignment, as I already had a appointment for new tires on 6-30-25. Last bue not least had a fuel induction cleaning. All services were performed and in a timely manner. The car wash at the end was phenomenal as well, the car was dirty.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

Makeena was absolutely amazing to our family. Our family’s conflicting schedules make it hard to shop for cars together, so our time was quite limited. When we showed up with 35 minutes left till close, she was very busy and still took the time to acknowledge us with a very welcoming smile. We were a little hesitant about Auto Boutique since we hadn’t heard of them, but the selection and Makeena made us want to return over the weekend. We had a couple cars that we considered looking at elsewhere, but Makeena’s willingness to stand in the rain with us, and patience as we rejected multiple cars made us want to continue to work with her and see to that she got the sale, because her attitude earned our business. I probably won’t trade in another car here as I really believe the appraisers could have put more money into the trade, but we accepted the deal with no regrets. Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

It's perfect for my ' handy-man' work, room for tools, ladders, etc. Roomy cab + love the back up camera. Size of the seats make it very comfortable, easy to get in and out.

My husband and I was wanting to purchase a Toyota truck but wasn't in a hurry. Driving buy we seen one and stopped. Sean greeted us with a big smile, you could tell he was a people person. We looked at one and wanted to see more. He said we have numerous more in our back lot, he started pulling them up on his phone and when we liked one he drove it around for us, so we didn't have to do any walking. Then we went inside and Nathan had us financed and driving away in less than 30 mins. The interest rate was unbelievable, so the payment was less than we planned. He asked us what we wanted to put down. We walked out with a package that covered 2 yrs/26 thou miles. Customer service is very rare to find anymore, but this Dealership has the friendliest staff. Even the 4 paws associate Gunner was exceptionally friendly. Very comfortable doing business.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.

I bought the Sprinter to replace a pick up truck with a shell. I was tired of crawling in and out of the shell. I bought the 2500 with the high roof and I can walk around in the back without even feeling like I need to stoop over (I'm 6 feet tall). I am getting between 21 and 22 MPG. It has surprising acceleration and lots of torque. Very comfortable and quiet. A nice bonus is that my customers react very positively to the Sprinter, I think it gives me more credibiltiy as a serious craftsperson. I enjoy working out of the Sprinter and I'm glad that I bought it.
