I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. I went to Duval Ford because I felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Jose Negron (Ex General Manager at Duval Ford) in the past, when I had ordered a Ford Maverick through him couple of years ago. My current 2019 Ford F-150 purchase did not go smoothly and I had a couple of concerns. To rectify my concerns I tried to get in touch with Mr. Negron and was told that he now works at Duval Honda dealership. I still went ahead and contacted him and conveyed my concerns to him. He took the time to get me in touch with Mr. Cole Ard at Duval Ford who helped me rectify my concerns. Duval Ford is lucky to have these Gentlemen working for them. The customer centric approach these gentlemen demonstrated was very refreshing. In future if I need a vehicle I would definitely go to Duval Ford or Duval Honda because of these gentlemen.

Worked with Carlos ALL DAY and drove about 12 different cars…he was patient and helpful. Ended up buying the 2nd car I drove but he hung with me throughout 👍🏻

Dmitriy was the best, from start to finish offering quick and accurate answers to the questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in. He researched hotels nearby as I was coming in from out of town. He arranged for a mechanic to put the car on the lift and walked me through an undercarriage inspection. And the car is awesome. I recently traded in my Ford Explorer 2002 for a Jeep Compass 2007. I was very satisfied with their selection and service. Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

They were very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I have no complaints. Mike
