I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

Negotiated our trade over the phone since I was 8 hours away. Everything was exactly as discussed when I arrived. The employees were great, they knew o needed to get back on the road home and everyone worked exceptionally hard to make that happen. Good service. Got turned away the first time since my car was at 40% instead of 30%. Said to come back in June but my free service would have been expired by then. So that was not great.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.
