We live in New York. I found the vehicle I wanted at this dealship. My husband was working in Brockton, MA and went to the dealership. Kervin made the purchase of the vehicle very easy. Sent all paperwork overnight to me so I could register vehicle and get the registration to my husband and he was able to drive it home. Kervin was professional and easy to work with.

First time pick up truck buyer but has meet all of my expectations. Almost a car like ride, decent mileage for the size and maintenance costs were no greater than a standard size car. Hauling capabilities and 4 wheel drive are a definite plus.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. I had a great buying experience at Star Auto Sales. I bought a Chevy Tahoe 2013 very recently. The salesperson was very thorough and explained all the features of the car. He made sure all my questions were answered. He wasn’t pushy, and he genuinely was interested in making sure we had all we needed to make our decision for the car best fit for us. They made us feel like valued customers.

Star auto offered me the ability to buy the can I want at a greatly reduced price. I researched the vin online and pulled up the image of the car before the owner (Dave) repaired it. I could see it was minor sheet metal damage and was still a very good deal even with a reconstructed title. I saved about $7K off retail and plan to keep the car a long time. Everyone complaining did not do their homework and want a car with perfect history for thousands under retail. There is no such thing as free people. But if you understand cars and want a late model car for thousands less than any dealer and plan to keep it till the end this is the place. Dave even offered to buy the car back whenever I choose down the road! What moiré could I ask for? Dave helped me out with my tight schedule and drove to my work and house to get all papers signed and he even got the plates and registration all done for me. Car delivered fully detailed and clean. My wife was originally skeptical but after she saw the deal I got that changed! When she needs another car we will be back!

Buying a used car can be problematic, but Cam simplified the process and met all of my needs. First you do have to do your homework, some cars just are not reliable from the factory and there is no changing this in the used market, so make sure you know what you want and the reviews that go along with it. I decided I wanted a full size Chevy Suburban and Padula had the one I wanted with the specifications I was looking for. Cam gave me the Carfax for the car, and I drove it for a long test drive with no questions asked. I submitted the upgrades I wanted to the vehicle and Cam said no problem. A big shout out to Paul and everyone in the garage for all their help as well..

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.
