He kept in touch but wasn't overbearing or annoying. And he helped with good information and honesty about options and pricing when closing the deal. He was good at looking for deals too.

This Service Department saved my sanity. I had an issue on a new Ford Focus that no other service department in area could even locate, tried 2 other service departments including original dealer car was purchased from. They found it and fixed it in 2 days.
