Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from them. Salesman (Frank) was great. Not too pushy with warranty stuff. Used my credit union for a great rate on financing but dealership said they would have matched it, so shop around for the loan as well as the car itself.

Jay was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all into buying something I did not want or like. He even advised against a car (which I agreed) based on my needs. I need a car which is reliable and great on gas. I also prefer driving manual transmission. He guided me to a 2003 Honda Accord with great mileage, one previous owner and fantastic MPG. I write this review 2 weeks after my purchase so I have had time to drive it and really get the feel for the Accord. It drives like new and it is in great condition. Jay put four new tires, a full service and it passed inspection. I walked in to Westchester Auto exchange at 11am and drove away with my new Accord at 6pm the same day! Top marks!!!

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

We bought a Ford Transit 10 passenger van from Hershey's Auto Inc and it was such a pleasant experience. I have to say that this was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. After visiting several dealerships in lower WestChester and getting horrible customer service Brewster ford was recommend by a friend. I made one call and two hours later I was sitting in front on Michael Rose. He was very easy to work with, explained all my options, found my that day and made the deal within an hour. I would highly recommend Michael and the Brewster ford/Voltz auto team for the exceptional customer service.
