I’m a three-year veteran of the Coastal Kia dealership, having leased a 2021 Sportage and purchased two older Kias for my son and daughter-in-law there. Have nothing but great things to say about the service department. Recently, I returned my leased vehicle, and learning that my dog had created significant damage to the interior, I worked with sales person Cody Hamilton to purchase a new vehicle. To say that Cody went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only is he extremely personable, he’s an empathetic and knowledgeable sales person, taking the time to explain my options and giving me choices. There are so many new features on the 2024 line to go over!! He did a great job, working to meet what I wanted and needed, while also respecting my time and budget. He’s also provided outstanding follow up to ensure that I’m satisfied and understand all the features of my new Sportage, which I love. Great job!!

Very easy to work with, I do not feel that anybody during the process was pushy. I was able to work a deal over the phone since I don’t live in the area and they honored everything we agreed to with the price of the car and the credit for my trade-in. I will be purchasing a new car from them again.

Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

I was looking for a new Hyundai because frankly, we have bought several Hyundai vehicles since moving to SA and they are amazing, long lasting cars! We were treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and extended over extended courtesies were given to us at Superior Hyundai, off of Loop 410 and Callaghan and I cannot say enough truly, about Jonathan Priette, our Sales Agent, Mark Anthony, Mgr., and Oscar Fernando in Finance! There was never “rushing us into any deal”, but rather, my husband and I were treated with respect. We showed up late in the evening and they never seemed to be in a hurry. Not one bit. They made sure all our questions were answered in detail and on top of all that kindness and professionalism…..I drove out of their parking lot with the exact car I was looking for and with a great package deal. These three gentleman treated us the way everyone should be treated, with utmost respect! There’s not enough of that in this world nowadays. So, if you are looking for a great car with a great package deal, please do yourself a favor and go look for any of these three gentlemen. (I made sure to remember their names so I could tell family and friends.) You will definitely be surprised how they run things there at this dealership. #feelingblessed!

I have the RT black top package and I like it . It takes awhile to learn the how the screen works . The car does get attention & compliments. The torque is very fast and I love the red leather interior that came with it. Sunroof is awesome. The back seating is very small along with the trunk area. The driving is smooth and i enjoy the 3 ways of driving (hybrid, electric & save) I am enjoying my first Hybrid and compact vehicle

Early software issues have been resolved. The Lyriq is a wonderful comfort car. Smooth ride, extremely quiet with good handling. This is not a sports car it’s a stress free car. Supercruise is the best autonomous driving software currently available. True hands free driving. The best value in the luxury segment.

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

Highly recommended. Great people great service. Sam Rawashdeh is great to work with. He went above and beyond to secure my vehicle. Sam kept in touch with me and answered everytine I called. Kept me well informed along the way about timing and the next steps. One thing I must mention is when i arrived to finish off the deal Sam was at the door waiting on me. He recognize me from a distance, came to me and got started with the paperwork. That's a great salesman. A great friend!!!

This is my third outlander and love them all great mileage with 4 and pep as well The only thing I which it did was start out in ECO get close to 30 mpg and it holds my 150 lb dog with lots of room

I went to service department of CJD of Warwick with an oil leak which horrified me. Bobby Leichter identified the problem, contacted the warranty department and had it fixed for me in no time! 11,000 miles never a issue still drives like brand new . Awesome off roading and really not bad on the freeway at speeds up to 90mph

This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman Ross was very personable, knowledgeable, funny and made our experience enjoyable.
