My salesman, Michael Baldwin was great and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him. He communicated and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Everything went smoothly until after I worked with the finance team. Their lack of communication and follow through on payment was very disappointing when everything was correct on my end. They never verified before unnecessary texts and phone calls were made. It ended up making my overall experience very stressful.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

Liberty Ford in Brunswick: The Salesman, David Baisden,was very helpful, friendly, and he called us back within a reasonable time. What impressed us most is his truthfulness: he quoted a price with a certain vehicle, over the phone, and it was the same when we showed up at the dealership. We bought this vehicle sight unseen and they delivered it for free. Facility and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly who worked there and they made us feel at home. Financing took time but was within reason. We felt that no one pushed us into something we disagreed with or didn't want.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. He said in all of his decades of car buying he hadn’t seen such great service. He was so impressed with Jess and everything she did, from the presentation/unveiling of the car to the paperwork organized ready to go when we arrived. He now wants to go there for his next car. Got the works done on my F-150. Mechanic did a nice job filmiing and explaining all of the major components of my truck. He also did a nice job evaluating the wear and tear. I am a committed customer to Park Ford.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
