Smooth Transaction, the finance process took some time but was worth the wait. i like the dealership, and I will come back and recommend others to come and buy.

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

My experience at Serra ford was fantastic, the dealers were friendly and polite they even offered cold bottles of water for my wife and I,surely i would tell all my friends and coworkers shop 4 a vehicle new or used at Serra ford of Rochester Hills.

I bought it in 2018 with 106k on it, It has 201k now. I have replaced the battery and a cooling fan relay. Recall replaced the cooling fan. Thats it! Very reliable, power is very good for a 4 cylinder. I had it towed to the dealer this morning because it wouldnt start. May need a starter- after 200k, that is expected. Driving the company van, an NV 200, til I get mine back. I wouldnt buy an NV 200. I use mine for work, 6 days a week.

My husband and I worked with James Meek. He was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Before we arrived he had a lot of our info already put together. While we sat at his desk we had the best conversations. He was really down to earth and super easy to talk to. We had our autistic son with us whom most ppl don't engage with but James spoke to him like a person and answered his 100 questions with out hesitation or aggravation towards him at all. That's very uncommon from most ppl. He was truly amazing! James even called us the moment our new plate hit his desk so we could come pick it up right away! If you are looking for a new or used car I most definitely recommend going to Shea and most definitely recommend you asking for James if you want a smooth and simple transition into getting your new vehicle!. Thank you James for the best experience we could have had! If it was possible we would give you 10 stars! On a side note the facility was beautiful, the wall with the TV was super amusing and they had a snack display that James let our son enjoy!! Thank you James and Shea mega east!! now since i was 14 years old i have loved chevrolet express vans the style the look and the overall beauty is just unbeatable back on 11 / 05 / 20 i test drove an explorer conversion edition and loved it and i test drove 4 others in the fallowing months on 05 / 01 / 21 i chose to make it a forvere ride not only for my family but also my private security company there is just no saying NO to any chevrolet express van there is one for everyone's needs many different trim levels from the base CARGO to the top shelf luxurious EXPLORER now chevrolets are known for lasting a life time as i consider them '' THE VAN THAT WON'T LET YOU DOWN '' and that is 100% true these vans are work ready 24/7 365 so my advise to anyone thinking of going for a chevrolet express van is this THINK NO FURTHER just simply say YES and live the dream day in and day out KUDOS to my fellow '' EXPRESSERS '' and good luck to everyone considering getting hitched with one

Because I’ve been going there forever, I’ve bought three new vehicles out of there. I’ve always had exceptional service. The man that runs the body shop which I’ve talked with a few times is exceptional to any body shop manager. They always hire the best. I don’t know why this rating is what it is.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I can say this, that everyone that I came into contact with when I was getting my oil changed, were very professional and kind in their treatment of me. I?m a little handicapped I needed a little extra help. Everyone that I came into contact with help me it went over and above what they needed to do so I would give a 10 out of 10 score for each and everyone of them.
