When I first arrived they promptly located the vehicle I was interested in, this was surprisingly comforting as the two previous dealerships I visited only catfished me into coming in, only to try and sell me a different vehicle than the one listed on cars.com . Overall I am pleased with the outcome and I did purchase my vehicle there as well as traded my old one in. Andrei who helped me was very knowledgeable about the process and helpful. Outstanding right from the beginning! Very casual approach from all team members. Zero pressure. Never once felt intimidated during the whole process. My initial phone call with Jenna was pleasant as she got the ball rolling. My primary salesman was Dustin. His approach is extremely respectful and he was informative and passionate about what he was showing. I spoke with the owner Jory, the man is down to earth, family oriented and is more than understanding with the needs of his customers. The entire purchase was smooth and efficient! This is an honest vehicle, it does what you expect it to do and it does it very well. I have had the 4.6 engine in several Ford products over the years and have had zero trouble with them or the Transmission. The seat is comfortable, the dash is well designed and its an altogether solid vehicle.
