I see some negative remarks about range in cold weather, but here in California, I get a 300 mile range in the summer, and 264 in the winter. Third year of use, battery holds better charge than when purchased brand new. Used for Uber part-time.

The service at Kia of Carson was much more promising than Kia Cerritos. The service was very straight forward. I came in for a tire since I hit a very bad pot hole and Tony Kim was super attentive at hearing my concerns. My only complaint would be the the amount of time I spent waiting for just a simple tire was disappointing. Unlike Kia Cerritos, they offer a free Lyft ride for up to 13 miles so that we aren’t stuck waiting like I did at Carson :( as far as I stand now, I would still recommend this dealership compared to Cerritos

2022 EUV Premier with sun & Sound and Super Cruise , I have the car one month and love it. I bought this EV to get around Phoenix area so not concerned about range, charges up over night even if down to 35%. Chevy installed the 220V plug no money from me. Car is really fun to drive, I'm getting used to one pedal drive to try max regen So far I have had no problems at 1500mi. Everyone that had rode with me has said they have never felt such a smooth ride. Did not want the super cruise but I was on a waiting list and someone backed out of this car. I have tried super cruise and it seems to work very well.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Have had our Bolt for a year and my wife and I love it! We ended up selling our ICE car as after three months no one wanted to drive it - hard to go from wonderful regenerative breaking to ICE "free wheeling" driving by brakes. One year and not any problems at all. Saved $1100 on fuel and it's now tax time so I can use my $7500 credit. Love Love Love it.

I recently traded in my Ford Explorer 2002 for a Jeep Compass 2007. I was very satisfied with their selection and service. EUV Premier, 4000 Miles Already, Chevrolet managed to surprise me with an incredibly cheap and well built EV, feeling very large inside, and surprisingly comfortable, the amount of room is more than satisfactory for my everyday use, the range is great (although DCFast Charging could be faster), the motor is very peppy, the handling is refined, and the AC and cooled seats does amazing in the 120 degree heat of La Quinta, I do hope it ages well with time.

I bought my Bolt EUV in Dec. 23' and I am loving every minute I'm in this car. My wife has a new Kia Soul (with more add-ons than my Bolt) and the Bolt is a much better ride than the Kia. With the battery under the car, it keeps the car grounded while in motion. Bumps aren't very noticeable. It accelerates very well when taking off. I use the regen paddle (don't use the one pedal driving) to slow down and stop the car. People say it's a small car and I would say it's a tall car. It's pretty spacious. I charge at work for free and I live in an apartment, so I don't have any charging at home. I live 5 miles from work, so I drive basically 10 miles per day, so I don't have to charge for 2-3 weeks. I would have liked if the DC fast charging would've been better for road trips, but I'm okay with local driving. I'll figure out road trips if/when that happens.

The service advisor was very polite. Explain the various options that I had when I drop the car off as far as options to pay or to service my vehicle to make sure he was in proper working conditions.

Traded in my MKZ for the 2022 Bolt EUV , everything is excellent right now , I purchased the premier edition with the sun and sound package, it’s really nice not having to buy gasoline, the car has many features and I received a 6300 rebate from GM and 2000 rebate from Connecticut so I got 8300 off the sticker price and a free home charger installation too

I purchased my first electric car (bolt 2022) from this dealership, the buying process was perfect and I honestly was there for just a few hours and was able to drive with my car out the dealer, then a few month ago I received a recall notice and the fox was really simple, everyone was kind and very nice to me. I enjoy visiting this dealership every time I need to be there.

I love this car. The driving experience with one foot driving (regen when you lift foot of the accelerator) is awesome and mine came with automatic lane control which is great. The acceleration is sports car fast and the interior is roomy. The long range makes range anxiety a non-issue and the range/price combination is unique.

So far this car has been excellent. It's really fast an the infotainment system is great. Only thing I don't like about it is that the heater kind of zaps the battery. I live in Texas so it's not a big deal 363 days out of the year and I've never had range anxiety. Running the AC doesn't seem to cause the same issue. I hope the next lineup of EVs have a heat pump.

John Twiford was the sales person that helped me in the service department. He helped me understand what work would be done and why (showing me what the mechanic explained was wrong with my car) as well as making sure that I was placed in a good rental similar to my car as it was being worked on. I have always felt confident in taking my car to Sierra Chevrolet as they are always forthcoming, helpful and respectful of their customers.

I brought my car in with concerns that the issues I was experiencing were significant. Thankfully because I do keep up on maintenance and Sierra Chevrolet does such a great job, the issue was not bad. Joe assured me that they would thoroughly check everything, keep me informed and had my car back to me in a timely manner.
