Used Chevrolet C10/K10 for Sale in San Leandro, CA

I have been to several dealerships while searching for a new car and this, by far, was my favorite and it's where I will return to purchase my car. They had the selection I had been looking for, the sales team was helpful & knowledgeable, without being pushy and they have proven that they will work with me on my financing criteria. What more can you ask for?

I would recommend friends family basically anyone, I went to several places, but it was costly here at Brian’s they wanted to make sure the payment was right for me. I went in thinking cause I had no credit would have been impossible, but I drove off the lot with a car that I’m very pleased with Bobby knew exactly what I wanted/needed. I will definitely keep going back!!!

Richard Tucker is an outstanding service adviser. He went above and beyond my expectations. I took my car in initially for a recall on my brake lights. I took them to Reliable Chevrolet on Campbell and 75, and they took care of me right away even though I had a branded title on my car, and the recall didn't fall under the car I had. I freaked out for a second thinking that I would have to pay for the many repairs yet again, but Richard called me back and told me that they would just take care of it. "SUCH A BLESSING!" The first time I went to pick up my car it was all fixed, but the next day the brake lamps stopped working again. He told me to bring right back and he will have it fixed for me by the time I needed it. I took it in, and he did some other repairs that had nothing to do with my recall all for free! I had taken my car to 4 different repair shops before any one could find out what was wrong with my car, and now it's finally fixed all thanks to Richard Tucker. Thank you, you're amazing and I will stay referring everyone straight to you. You did a wonderful job. Perfect example of professionalism and wonderful customer service. Great experience and no pressure. Aaron took food care of us and we real got a good deal on a car. Follow up on a few questions we had was very timely and he even offered a follow up call to make sure everything was going good. Would highly recommend.

Marv and the entire staff were very responsive to my inquiry about a Bentley Continental I saw for sale on their cars.com page. They even took a video of the car for me to show more detail, they couldn't have been happier to do so. I did not buy their Continental because it was Anthracite which is too dark for me. I was looking for something lighter, but great shopping experience, these guys really know their stuff!

I recently purchased a very hard to find car from Rob at GR Auto Gallery. It was my first foray into buying a car online and I was initially apprehensive about buying a car located 2000 miles away sign unseen. Since I couldn't find a similar car in my home market, I decided to take the plunge. The large number of high quality pictures on GR's website really helped alleviate any concerns about what was going to be delivered. While not quite the same as seeing it in person, they had photos of all the angles and critical areas I was concerned about. Rob was responsive, straight forward, and easy to work with. We quickly negotiated a fair price, worked out the paperwork, and transferred funds. Rob then handed me over to John to coordinate delivery of the vehicle. John was able to quickly find a truck headed my way and booked transport at a very reasonable rate. The trucking company, OK Auto Transport, did an amazing job with the delivery, dropping the car off at my driveway 2 days ahead of schedule, on a Sunday. The car arrived as described in the listing and photos. My only complaint about the whole transaction was that the car arrived a little dusty inside and out, probably due to sitting in their warehouse for several months. A quick cleaning before shipping would have been appreciated, but this is a minor gripe. From first contact to delivery these guys were a class act. This was perhaps the easiest and most satisfying car purchasing experience I've ever had and I look forward to working with Rob, John and the rest of the GR team in the future.

Probably the only ones writing negative reviews are the ones who couldnt buy. In my case, I did buy and I was very happy with the service and the staff. I purchased a 2015 camry at an excellent price. Shame on all you loosers.

I came into have a tire replaced after I popped it on a curb. As soon as I came in I was immediately helped by Patrick D. He answered all my questions. Even when I was going the extra mile to figure out whether my warranty covered the tire. Which it did, but turns out it was not submitted correctly. When they realized this they were so sweet. They were extremely apologetic, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The tire service all in all took around 30-45 mins. The full duration of of my stay including the actual service, and me dealing with the warranty was an hour at most. I would most definitely recommend this dealership for their service, as well as their service reps. Thanks Patrick D. Also thanks to the other rep who assisted in sorting out my warranty.
