This dealership, specifically salesman, Ronnie T, is awesome! I went to see what was available in this crazy time bc my lease was almost up on my equinox (that I got from Ronnie 3 years prior).. Ronnie is honest, not pushy, respectful and funny! We looked over our options, I told him realistically what my budget was vs what I was needing. He knew exactly what to show me and it was a done deal. He and Bob worked the paperwork and I’m in my new Chevy traverse for the next 3 years! Thank you all!

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy.They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Within hours I was driving the vehicle off the lot. I should have asked for the new Corvette!! (LOL)

Have never purchased a vehicle but moved to the area with my Chevrolet Traverse and have always taken it here for service since. Every experience I've had has been outstanding. Gavin in the service department is very pleasurable to deal with and always honest and up front about anything going on with my vehicle. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. Can't say enough positive things about this dealership, which was also just recently renovated. Very nice place and highly recommend if you need service on your Chevrolet.

The buying process was easy. I came in and ordered my silverado 1500. The bad part wasn't the dealers fault but I placed the order on December 24, 2024. It came in April 28th , 2025. That was over a 4 month wait. That is way too long .

I called the Arnold Chevrolet Buick service department and was able to bring my car in ASAP without a scheduled appointment. The tire was too damaged to be repaired, and I was able to get a new tire right away. In addition, the service advisor, Zacharie Medina, reminded me that my Envista was due for an oil change and regular service. He said he could have that service also done while I waited for the tire to be replaced. I did not have to make a future appointment. The wait was short as I sat in the pleasant, comfortable waiting room. All of the work was done perfectly. Arnold Chevrolet Buick is the only establishment I will ever use to buy and service my cars.

Not only were they knowledgeable about their product line up but just all-around great people to speak with. I enjoyed my leasing experience (weird right). My salesman, Danny, was invaluable when it came to matching all my needs, going to get my new Chevy from Canada and showing me all the fancy features at the day of delivery. I can?t tell you how many times I thanked her in my head! This time around, that was my first question- do they still have the extra warranty? The answer was yes!!! Purchased that with no hesitation. Marsha really looks out for the customer?s best interest. Let?s not forget to mention Dirk Miller, service advisor, who will always fit you in and make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. He was instrumental in getting my running boards on so I could pick the car up a day early. On another occasion, he gave me his personal cell phone number to help me with a flat tire situation. Tire was unavailable and he told me to call him if I got stuck and he would send the Calvary. It was such piece of mind but thank goodness the tire lasted for one more day.
