The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward. Just purchased a 1500 Silverado off of Weber. We all know how the buying experience now a days seems to be lengthy and while it did take some time to get us out the door Richard was a great salesman and Alex in finance was great as well. After my service was complete, I had a question about one of the convience settings. The service staff was very helpful showing me how to change the setting and now the driving experience is much more pleasant. This had nothing to do with the service I came in for but really makes a difference to me.
