Alex was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. When I expressed my concerns about covid he kindly agreed to wear a mask and arranged for the process to be conducted outdoors as much as possible. He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. Lastly, he was very knowledgeable about the Suburban that I purchased, and provided me with a lot of great information about its features and benefits. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Alex again, or to recommend him to others.

Just purchased a used Silverado from Guaranty Chevrolet, and could not be happier. Joe in the sales dept. got me the best price possible. Erik in finance was able to get me a solid rate, spelled everything out to the letter, and still was able to get me in-and-out in no time. Guaranty is at the top of their game!

I brought my car in with concerns that the issues I was experiencing were significant. Thankfully because I do keep up on maintenance and Sierra Chevrolet does such a great job, the issue was not bad. I never had to step foot in to Felix Chevrolet, which is one reason why I gave Felix 5 stars. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life. Everything was done over email including Docusign, credit check, getting the appropriate terms needed to do the deal at all. Once all set and done, our sales guy Jonathon drove over an hour to us during traffic time to deliver the car to us with a red bow that I asked for so we could surprise our son and get photos of him with his new truck.
