We went in for an oil change and we’re very well taken care of. We have a part that needs to be changed out and the service manager and service technician got the part ordered right then.

After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

Service has always been first class! All service issues that I have had on the three trucks that I have perchased there have always been serviced to my satisfaction. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Stonebriar Chevrolet has a very professional and helpful service crew. My service advisor Jeff got my trucks A/C compressor completed in a very timely manner even though my part was on backorder and none to be found in Texas. After a quick diagnostics of a faulty A/C compressor, Jeff really dug in and found an new one and had it overnighted from out of state just to get me back on the road as soon as possible. He also pushed for me to get a truck rental while it was service so I didn’t miss too much work. I highly recommend these guys and will bring my truck back whenever necessary, they are great people to work with.

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar. James my Service Advisor had provided me with great customer service as well as during my vehicle repair they provided me with a loaner vehicle. I have had my vehicles serviced at James Wood since I moved to the area and have purchased two pickups and two SUVs in 10 years partially because of their service department.

I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.
