Found a desk area with electrical outlet the chairs were kind of old and banged up, and it was kind of in the vending area. Wi-Fi was good for working, but the coffee area was all out of packets for coffee. Good service and they got me out quickly through the process for an oil change the first one on my vehicle and the first service at that location. It was good the The cut customer service was good

Gregory at Castle Chevy GMC is the automotive wizard we all need! When my wife’s 2023 GMC Yukon XL needed some TLC, Gregory didn’t just fix the issue—he played detective, keeping it an extra day to crack the case like a vehicular Sherlock. And as if that wasn’t enough, he sprinkled some magic dust on a couple of minor, non-essential fixes that were the cherry on top of this service sundae. My experience was very pleasant and profitable. I left with practically a brand new car, it only had 41 miles on it.

When I purchased my truck the sales and finance department were amazing. I was about to pull out of the parking lot and the finance manager came running out to let me know they just got a better interest rate! I went back in and a few minutes later I was driving away with a better deal! After getting the truck home I received a call from the salesman asking if I was happy and how my experience was. I let him know I was happy but that the aftermarket bar light wasnt working and that I didnt particularly care but he sent me a new light anyway! I cant say enough about this dealership!

I inquired about a Camaro Convertible that had just arrived, Pablo replied and actually sug the car our if the snow and did a complete video walk around. Since I live 400 miles.away and this was exactly the car my wife wanted I was excited to have Pablo helping me. I asked him to look into the price and I had one more to call on. I called back the next morning got the price, made an offer. Unfortunately we where to far apart and the other car sold. My bad luck.
