The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

Steve Mcarthur was our service agent and he is awesome, very nice and helpful. Gave us a list of what we needed to fix immediately and what could wait until later to fix, this really helped us with decision making. Very nice facility also. We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

I bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze LT in 2019 with 19,000 mi on it. I've now had it for 6 years and with minimal maintenance I now have $270,000 mi on the car. I'm 71 years old I have a lead foot and I love the cruze. Still driving that car today and now looking to buy another one. It's too bad Chevrolet did not continue to make the cruze.

I was shopping for a car for my 17 year old daughter as a Christmas present. I ran across a 2000 Cavalier on Auto Trader being sold at Gregory J Auto. The price was within my budget and the mileage was just what I was looking for. I went into the dealership, met with his daughter, who was very nice. She went over the vehicle and the car fax with me. I also met Gregory and was able to test drive it that same day. A couple of weeks later, my daughter's dad met with Gregory, test drove the car as well and had our mechanic take a look at it. After all of that and getting a very good deal, we made the purchase a couple of weeks before Christmas. Needless to say, this was the BEST Christmas EVER!!!! I owned a generation 2 Chevy Cruze hatchback for the past 8 years. Other than routine maintenance it never had a failure. Excellent fit and finish. Incredible gas mileage with a peppy turbo charged engine. The only negative is that GM no longer produces these highly reliable vehicles.

The person who wrote up my car was excellent. He was kind and let me know what I needed. He brought in the part and showed me what it look like.

from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

Simply a great car - very reliable, fun to drive with awesome gas mileage. Used as a commuter car and with the front wheel drive, had no issues in the snow. Highly recommend the Cruze!

I got the eco version. Fuel economy is great and handling is responsive. The slick shifting 6 speed manual is a fun challenge. seats are very comfy.

Love my Cruze! Have had to do minor maintenance but nothing that wasn’t expected. Big bonus is the parts are super cheap! I have a 2015 and 2017. Love them both!

I had a 2017 Cruze manual and loved it. A careless driver rear ended me and sent me into another vehicle; totaled it. By the grace of Almighty God and a great GM design I walked away without a scratch. I went right out and bought my 2018. Dynamic Blue LT. Comfortable, zippy, easy driver, lots of toys. Great on long trips, HUGE trunk for travel gear, great gas mileage. Great 4 wheel disc brakes. I don't care for the auto-stop but I can get over that. It sits a bit low so my wife who had a stroke recently has a hard time getting out of the passenger side.

It started out bumpy dealing w/ lack of service from a specific salesman but Mazen Amir stepped in & made it all happen flawlessly.

I have a 2016 LT RS with 70k miles on it. It is my daily driver. I just never had to drive very far for work. My only issue with this car is that I need to use higher octane fuel in the spring/summer. If I do not then it drives so slow when using the AC. It also jerks from time to time when coming to a stop. That only happens in the warmer months. Other than that I have no real issues with it. I don't drive it hard.

I have owned my Cruze for about two years now with no problems. I have driven this car back and forth to work and around town multiple times, with no issues. I have the LS trim with the 1.8. I can say the LS trim lacks many features, but still provides easy to use technology and a comfortable ride.

Great service and hospitality. The repair to my vehicle was completed timely and neatly. Not only was the repairs made in a timely manner, the car was also washed when I picked it up.

I got this car with 76k on it and it now is close to hitting 200k and is showing no signs of giving up. I do have the '14 LT model. I have, however, followed the maintenance schedule included the necessary tune-ups, transmission flushes, oil changes, and part replacements. There is nothing that has been replaced that is not surprising considering how many miles have been put on the car. The car has not disappointed me and has run as expected. It has also been run all over New England and a good portion of the East Coast and through most terrains. It has handled just as well in the rough Northern NY winters as it does in the summers. I would gladly buy this car again.

Bought for my 17yo son who just got license. Just turned over 200k but got for great price. Top safety ratings. Came loaded with sunroof and all the electronics needed. So far runs great. Good on gas also.
